Well high standard project with enough space for hall, kitchen and bedrooms. Gallery for 710carpet is very small. If you go with higher carpet area your cost increase drastically.Amenities are good and they are ready but I dont think it is enough for all project and if everyone from society starts utilizing these amenities then we can say it as Kumbh-Mela.Even I feel some flats are not made by considering vastu. Front door and kitchen directions are wrong.

Lack of ventilation. No proper dry gallery for washing machine. Master bedroom have 2 windows but one of them dont have mosquito net and outside grill. Costing is much but we dont get premium feeling.

A masterpiece of the worst ever engineering....Cons:let me start with amenities... small swimming pool, small gym and a decent kids play area which has artificial grass that doesnt have proper drainage to take out the water from the rain.... so in rainy days... wait for sun to dry that... they should have built 3 story building in place of Gym and could have introduced some indoor games atleast....No visitor parking... literally no parking... under talk that they may provide in future....parking facility for owners is most of the time in dark(P2 and P1 specially, that too with very small area.... if you have honda city, cant park within the given space....security is for name sake, its a gated community with no security... you decline mygate entry and still person may visit you....now comes to flat, I am staying in 2 BHK which is around 750 sq.ft,bedroom size is decent, hall and kitchen area built with sense.... balcony has three glass slider and you have only one single net slider so when you open glass door and keep the net slider, you have 3 inch gap so all type of bugs can visit you. horrible experience in rainy season. quality of glass slider is also horrible and the cheapest one.duct area is dark, that is okay, you cant reach the valve if you wish to close one for water supply, kitchen smell so they have put something called water sealant, but in bathroom that causes new challenge that if you keep the shower open for 2-3 minute, it becomes swimming pool.bedroom balcone is 1.5*8 feel so you can only stand there.... cant even keep chair... no dry balcony, washing machine area is in kitchen, that too is very small.

I would like to give genuine opinion, apart from swimming pool and gym and a small park there is nothing in amenities.When coming towers will also launched I really dont know where people will walk. Very less open space inside the campus. Too much crowds will be this in future. Now a days other builders are giving ample space for playing outdoor games, amphitheater, big club house.All are missing here.

Amenities are best. Construction is good and fast. Staff is good. A bit costly but if you are looking for a lovely place to live in it is a right place for you. 28 floors are there and 4 floors of parking which makes it a 32 story building. Multiple buildings are there. Road is newly built. Location is prime and riverside. Located near kharadi IT park. Kharadi IT park, magarpatta city, yerwada IT park, koregaon park, phoenix marketcity, seasons mall and amanora mall are nearby.

We had good experience with whole process and nicely co-ordinated by Rakesh Pillai.Had a previlage to see actual flat and then go ahead with bookingsThe Proposed PMC garden is nice to have and hope more amenities to come.The whole design of flat are good except hall size is small for 1150 carpet 3bhk.

Project location good however still road issue not resolved. however customer focus is below average. Dont get attracted with the false commitment of sales and mkt team.

Location of the project is bit concern because it is not on the main road of kharadi and kharadi bypass..in future it will get connected directly to kharadi bypass..that might be the USP for this project. Construction quality is good spacious buildings..

The project appears to be in River Regulation Zone(RRZ). RRZ extends upto 500 mtr from flood line of a River. The project is as close as 70 meters from River. Wonder if it is safe?

Project is taking shape with two & three bedroom flats. Will take another one year minimum for first phase of four towers. Overloading of area is high as usual these days and that makes cost bit higher. Nyati is a reputed brand in construction in Pune city and has lot many successful projects completed and in hand.

Good high rise towers, positive is location, brand name, good repo to complete the project on time. Negative is very high density of people as population is high but open space is less. 4 level of very steep parking compare to malls or even any other buildings. Hydrolic double parking for 3bhk which shows how they have space problem. No separate utility area which many will find it good.

Nice area but comparatively very pricey. Flats are quiet small . Build construction is good. Good for investment purposes.

I would say the flats are very good here. However the cost is little higher than expected. With the current market scenario they should really push for customer benefits with less cost. 3BHK more than 1 cr is not a sustainable model with the world saying that tehre would be another recession in 2020

I have been to the sales office. It is setup in a metal make-shift room and the A/C was blown out making us sweat like hell. However, a new office and show flat is being constructed (which i saw) and would be ready by 20th October 2017 (as stated by the sales person)
