Before buying/booking the flat please have a look around the area , there is Big dumping area which is completely open no garbage processing at all. Only garbage dumping of nearby areas. This dumping area is next to VTP township and the Gurukul school. Before booking a flat have look around the tower. Also verify all the charges which were discussed at the time of booking. Sometimes we discussed something else and on cost sheet some extra charges mentioned Which you notice later. There plan are good if there is a road connectivity from kharadi which was pending from last 2-3 years. And solution planned on dumping area.

We visited VTP Altair site which is 100-150 mtrs from gate of YOO villas and has very close proximity to Panchshil SoHo and Panchshil building. Its a RERA approved project, society will be built on 3 acres approx land parcel, launch offer going on. There will be 2 floor basement and 3 floor car parking concealed with gardens etc.There are good configuration of 2bhk, 3bhk and Jodi flats.Since it will be under Pegasus township there will be low SDR pricing.For details on pricing please reach out to them directly.

Nice. Plan is close to Panchshil towers as they say. But nothing shown at site sales and booking office are at far off site.Also while Govt has so far banned malls to open up but here at their sales site, the crowd ( few 100s) is more like a mall without any control and precautions. How come govt auth do not take a note of this!The sales site should be closed .

They invested in building big sales team but after sale service is extremely poor..I hv to wait for 1 mnth to get refund..no reply to my any on d emails..Construction work is going with snail speed..they wont b able to make it to the deadline..Godrej which constructing near by project has steady progress..I would suggest not to invest in this unless u r ready to wait for 5-6 yrs n even then dnt b sure that it will complete as there litigation against..u can check rera website..

I have booked a flat at VTP Pegasus. Project seems to be very promising as it has lots of amenities, layout is great and pricing is up to the mark.Major reason of booking a property at VTP Pegasus is its connectivity to major business hubs like WTC and Eon IT park. And as per the latest communication from VTP sales team the new river side road is almost completed, this will further cut down the travel time.I would also like to appreciate VTP sales team who have explained the project well and are still giving me all the updates about the project.

Project seems promising, good design with no wastage of usable area.Amenities and feel of the property looks very luxurious.We have gone for 2 BHK option which looks similar to a lavish 3 BHK with local developers. Electrical fittings and home automations are quiet impressive.

I booked a flat at VTP Pegasus and while booking CRM (Rakesh Pawar) promised me that if I decide to cancel the booking in 2 days, they will refund my full Token amount. For some reason I decided tonot go with my booking and informed Rakesh that I would like to cancel. As promised he initiated my refund and throughout he kept me informed on refund process progress till refund is done.I really appreciate VTP and particularly CRM Rakesh Pawar for professionally handling my refund and more over it alldone over the phone and I was not required to visit VTP office even once. Before visiting the site, I was a bit skeptical about the project and the location. But my perspective changed when I visited the site.Theres a wide variety of homes offered by VTP to choose from. So, we have multiple options to choose without burning our pockets.The sample flats look premium even in the price range they are offered at, which is rare these days. Also the amenities offered are eye catching. I really loved the concept of smart home, where you can control all the electronics at home from your mobile.Kharadi faces major water scarcity issues but VTP has promised abundant supply of this basic resource. The promised connectivity road will definitely make lives easier.My sales manager was Priyanka and I found her very polite and cooperative. They answer to you until your mind is at peace. The project is tied up with most of the banks to support finances which is a plus point.It will definitely be a great future home if VTP fulfills all the promises made, which I expect they will!

Ive booked a 2bhk in VTP Pegasus. So far so good.. they are really professional. Theyve dedicated customer portal where you can find each of records (payment receipts, demand details etc) associated with your property this is something we techies always prefer.Apart from that, I would like to mention the name of Chirag Gupta - the sales executive with whom I interacted on the first day when I visited site and from then on, he became our go to guy (Though there is a relationship manager assigned for any doubts of the customers). He is very proactive to respond to my queries anytime. He is always enthusiastic to share latest work progress (project appreciation stats) and good stories about the project. I came in contact with Govindji (Sr. Sales Manager) - very professional, humble and responsive. VTP Realty is currently offering one of the best 2 and 3 BHK variants in Pune Real Estate. Excellent flat architecture with zero dead space. The positive part is it is a township getting constructed on 100+ acres land with 40% green land as per govt norms. Perfect for people who would love to live in a suburb area with peaceful atmosphere.

It is too far and there project projection seems unrealistic. And based that cost of property is sky rocket.I would not recommend this project at all. Rather I would not got for investing my money.May be those who have additional money which is rusting somewhere they may go and invest.

VTP Pegasus is en excellent project and within reach for people looking for good ameneties at a reasonable budget. The team has been extremely unbiased. The team helped me take a conscious decision. the flat area is very much outstandingly spacious. absolutely no wastage of space. that is why i call it value for money. Too good after sales support by the executive who booked the flat and recommended a CRM who is also extremely supportive. The team comes on a call to resolve queries.

I have bought a Smart 3BHK apartment in VTP Pegasus in T5 Building via Brickfolio (Executive Arjun Lathkar). First of all, I would recommend for the Brickfolio agency, Arjun from Brickfolio is very helpful and shows you the best properties. About VTP Pegasus this township is in very promising location. The staff is also very supportive and cooperative. They also keep send site updates frequently so you dont have to worry about the construction visits. Highly recommended property. Reasonable price with high satisfaction.

Good going project towards developing the Townships

Wastage of time and money. Check rera of beaumonde tower 4(April 2021) still not delivered. One of my friend has booked flat by paying token amount and he is still struggling for refund from last two months and no update received.vtp sales team tries to trick us and makes you fool. They will lie in terms of everything(so many of number of flats are booked but that is not on paper, refund within 15days which is 100% false). I do not want give single star, but it is not allowing me to submit the review. Dont go for this.

Pegasus has created New Kharadi! I didnt think much of the location earlier, however since this township has been launched near EON IT Park Kharadi, there is a flurry of interest here.Particularly impressive are the different sizes of apartments available.The sales lounge is like a 5-star hotel and the sales staff is also very helpful, without being pushy. We had a very good experience.I am looking at the large sized homes especially their duplex and simplex concept which is very unique.And very accessible from all sides of east Pune. So easy to have access to schools and office.Must check out once before booking anywhere else!!

Likely to be a huge township. It has godrej on lakeside and vtp on the other. Closer to kharadi IT Park. May flourish too well by 2024. Expect to pay 4500 monthly rent.

The overall experience till now was excellent.We booked flat 406 of tower 10. Amit Tiwari guided us well from the start.He also was patient enough to hear our concerns and was always responsive on calls and messages.The sample flat did not have any furniture which helped us get an idea of how the actual flat would be. I was skeptical about having no separate dry balcony but all the other plus points overcame this concern.Looking forward to starting our new journey with VTP PEGASUS CYGNUS

This is a 6 years old project started launched in 2014, originally KUL Nation now branded as Pegasus. Customers who booked before 6 years are still waiting for the possession. Same promises were made about road 6 years back. There are more than 1000 old customers people who have paid 80% and waiting for years. Check RERA site for pending cases. Be careful before investing your hard earned money.All the positive reviews you see are fake, it is work of their sales team.
