A society that is being built. Area around the society is absolutely peaceful. Pollution is minimal. Security is adequate. Cleanliness is up-to-date. Elevation and colour combination is also very good. People who are living there are also celebrating Ganapati which means there is harmony. Nice one

This is a twonship and it have multiple building inside the gate, its so far from the main road so you will not getting so much noise and crowded people Hera near by.

Construction quality is poor. Area comes under gram panchayat.Water is not provided by GP, tankers are called to fill the common tank. Salesmen are selling flats on the basis of the future amenities and stuff, there is nothing right now.On investment point of view, 10 years down the line its a good investment. The area will be a lot developed. There are very good schools in the locality.Buy here, only if you are retired. Its on the outskirts, its peaceful there near the mountains.

Pathetic construction quality. Just one year from getting the possesion of flat and walls are throwing water in the house from bedroom. No response from builder after informing them. Just one response that we will be doing the water proofing. Would suggest not to buy the flat from this builder. Incompetent engineers as they are never able to understand cause of the water seepage.

In spite of this project being remotely located and concerns were being raised of non-availability of day-today essentials, the best part which I came to know before buying the house is that the commercial complex is under construction within the complex itself. Project offers 50+ amenities which is amazing. I bought the flat in Mar-20 in B4 building which is currently in under-construction, I am just worried about the possession date. Can I get the handover by Dec-20?

Personally just feel it to be a positive vibe place..

Its been 2 years since we shifted here no aminities provided by builder till date, my kid is three years now but didnt see any garden or slides in two years as committed by ARV, unnecessary money charged for maintainance, many issues in handover, false commitments, no coordination between sales team and technical team.

As a foreigner renting, I find it affordable but if you are a foreigner dont rent in Arv new town, there are racist people(not all), you will not do anything wrong(parties, receive too many visitors, disrespect people) and still they will accuse you of absurds. Find a better place. Thank me later

ARV New Town is a very beautiful site. It has ample amenities . its a close to nature property yet near to city premises. Its little bit inside from main road , but thats the beauty of peacefulness of the site . Most recommended project.

Very Good Project ..With great construction quality

This is located in undri. It is very inside though. The access to swarget is difficult (around 16km). Undri is not developed though under PMC. The area is unsafe and really bad roads. It might develop after 2 to 3 years. Undri projects can be good for investment as it has many schools and access to mall,hospitals and other general stores also there. Here these projects are very inside . To buy groceries one will have to travel atleast a km or more and as the nearby area is less developed fancy food items might be difficult to find. The undri projects are very nice but the area outside concerns me.ARV is a nice project,it is planning for a township.(I visited for 2bhk and its really nice. I only didnt think twice about it because area outside is so underdeveloped and unsafe and arv is very inside).

Uber, Ola, pmt buses are available, street lights are also available, two D marts, mall within 4.5 kms of redius, supermarkets within 100 meters, good quality of work.

This project is excellent , spread over 15 acres ....Good amenities .....its little bit inside the main road , but thats what give the pleasure of nature along with the connectivity for the major landmarks nearby.......Most Recommended

Dont know about this site, but their construction quality is very much poor in other sites like Imperia. They are very good in false commitments, creating unnecessary delays in society handover/documentation, and many others re. So think for future aspects as well.

Awesome environment. Great amenities were proposed but none provided yet even after 2 years of taking posession. Also, maintenance is heavily charged.

The builder commitments are not to be trusted . poor quality of work + NO infrastructure , No road , no lights . not recomment to buy.

Worth buying, close to nature not far from city, value for money. Ample amenities proposed to have a satisfying living.
