Warm and Welcoming...Good collection...

Extremely pathetic after sales service!! What is the use of good collection of stone when customers face such a horrible experience for its installation? Trouble starts when you place an order. It will take at least a week to get your order home. You have to followup with them otherwise it might take 15-20 days. Then, You have to first find labors who will install the stones. Stone studio does not provide any support after sales. You have to pay 100% money upfront and their work scope is done. You have to co-ordinate with labors and hold their toes for completing the installation and it is indeed the most frustrating and troublesome experience. Most of the labors are arrogant and irresponsible and that is the reason the studio keep itself away from all these headaches which is extremely dissapointing. Overall, if you are thinking about installing stones and purchasing stones from this shop, be prepared for the pathetic installation experience or find an alternative.
