Most unproffesional developers. Not just their construction but their staff too. They not only gave the flat 1 year late but were charging interest to us only. they gave the flat in such a horrible condition. The switchboards were bad quality, the kitchen finishing was not done at all, there was leakage in the bathroom, the lift was in bad condition. There is seepage in the walls of the bedrooms every monsoon. The staff behave very fake n lie to you. They dont look after the maintainence once they hand over the flat. Horrendous experience if you are looking to buy a flat developed by shagun. Dont even think about it.

As per my experience, after the sites visit, i feel that its a kind of apartments which I would prefer to buy since it suits my family requirements. The flat gives a happier feeling and luxurious living without exceeding my budget.

It was a pleasant experience visiting at Shagun properties, good constructions very spacious and rich in look, well designed dining room and kitchens rooms are extremely good.
