Dont even think to buy. All cheating . Not following commitments. I have been told that in future they can buy back my purchased land if I wish to resell. But now they are telling they dont have this kind of policy and development of plot not done even after 7 years. I am in total loss.

I am happy customer of Ranjeet Developer. Whatever he committed , has given in time. I have plot in Teak County @ Khed Shivapur.

Absolute Fraud. Please DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. They have a history of cheating people. Sold agricultural land as plots but never gave proper documentation. Its been several years.

Did not deliver what was promised and after some days they just decided to not answer any phone calls. Such an unprofessional and unreliable company this is.
