This isnt really a JIO store even if the name suggests so. They have no clue of JIO plans and are inefficient to carry any JIO processes whatsoever. Have no clue of billing processes as well. They will simply refer you for anything and everything to the JIO store in Kharadi. The staff is also least concerned to help the customers and is more busy chatting amongst themselves, playing games or doing their own stuff. This is more of a place you should go to if you want to buy mobile accessories. Terrible experience twice, will definitely move out of JIO to Airtel

Staff behavior not good

Staff were helpful and courteous. Went there for a number porting and they hardly took 10 mins, all process completed and acknowledged. They didnt even ask for any kind of fees or recharge money which Airtel and Vodafone stores claim as mandatory first recharge.

The store caters to the busy commercial and residential area of Kalyani Nagar.One can buy JIO Sim cards and phones here.The staff is efficient and helpful. The whole process of buying a SIM card doesnt take more than 5 minutes.

Bu****it service..... I CAME HERE FOR PORTING NUMBER SERVICE , AND THE SERVICE GUY HAS NO KIND OF KNOWLEDGE OF ADHAAR..IF YOU WANT TO PORT TO JIO, kudos to the local agent sitting with a table outside who just takes 5 minutes for whole process

Fast process

Rude and inefficient staff. I wanted to get the same SIM as my lost SIM number. Staff was ignorant to do it he said cant be done now, come in the morning. When asked why not now? he reluctantly started the process and was doing it wrong multiple times and giving excuses.

Staff were very profrssional as well as helpful.
