Third class builder seen in my life. Worst service experience from builder. Gawthi type builder having no knowledge of construction field. Only fool and cheated with customers. A lot of parking issues flat leakage issues with this builder. I m experience service from this third class builder.

Very bad experience from the builder. HE LOOTED MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS BUILD QUALITY VERY BAD STAFF IS POOR. BUILDERS HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS. ONLY LIMITED FOR PIMPRI CHINCHWAD LOCAL TYPE. COMMITMENT NOT COMPLETED. NOT WASTE MONEY IN PHARADE BUILDER Projects. Go alongwith another prominent builders. He is Cheated and fooled Customers. Having no value of Customer. At the time of flat purchase staff is poor and Taking TAAMZAAM BOLBACHCHAN AND THAN AFTER BOOKING HE IS NOT COMPLETING ANY COMMITMENTS MISCOMMUNUCATION IN THE DEAL. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE I EXPERIENCED. Very Less staff STAFF having No knowledge of Any action related decision. Only UNEDUCATED ARCHITECTS PLAN IS VERY IRRITATED.

The quality is not delivered as showcased, over hype their project and keep changing plan. Example, we are gonna make X number building and amenities for X number building only, but over the period they will say plan change and now building will be X+Y

I have purchased flat in puneville but tile fitting, door quality is worst. Most of tile having scratches, level was not properly maintained.Unavailability of good workers so even after rework facing lot of issue
