An absolutely disgusting experience. It is a bankrupt business. They will roll over your money to complete previous projects. A usual pre fab building will be erected in 20-30 days. Our was 5 months before we cancelled the contract. The owner went to a point where he begged us to loan him money. They have taxation issues and will soon be under litigation from us.
