Work quality not good, they did not even adjust the designing amount in the final bill. We got bathroom sliding door made, which squeaks every time we slide it. When the workers had come to get the sliding door fixed, on mentioning the same they replied, this is normal and there is nothing that can be done to improve it. Even theri attitude was extremely arrogant as if they are doing us a favour by doing the job. We had been billed a whopping amount of 1.5 lacs for both the bathrooms , what has been done cannot be undone and we have to live it out for the next 10 years at least. But never ever going back to this shop.

Very bad experience and poor service.. once you pay the money full in advance as per their policy, later they do not follow up.. inefficient staff and even worst manager Cumbria owner Mr Raigandhi.. so think twice before u deal with them..

Poor customer service. Head of the office dosent even bother to speak to you or feel guilty if he is at fault.Went to Nuplus after 10years again and seems they want to shut down their business soon.
