I had booked flat 1 year ago, then GK Associate sells person suggested there will be bank or some good shops will be in Commercial + resident society and now, there will be Liquor shop there ..Its horrible since we have 3 big schools near to it. Many childs are there in society Also..We are feeling cheated since it will hamper our peace and harmony.. soPlease think many times before you go on to buy any property GK Associates..

Pathetic in two major service principles.1) Clarity2) Transparency.Keep it simple is not the solution they look for because everytime confusing to the question we asked.While purchasing of flat it was not cleared that wine 🍺 shops will be opening and now also transparency is not there in their behavior.

Not good, gymnasium equipment given old in new club house and drinking water issue going on since beginning of possession. Still no solution provided, Airtel fiber NOC not giving.SS broadband running in entire society but very costly.Very slow action,Possession letter given after 3 months.

I bought a flat at premium price in Z3 building of Roseland Residency, Pimple Saudagar in July 2015 under the assurance that we would be merged with the award winning society Roseland Residency. We were asked to pay an amount of 1Lakh INR (again a Premium amount) that would be used as maintenance for 1 year and were assured that remaining amount would be transferred to Roseland Residency Society Fund.Possession for the first flat was given around August 2015, so Ideally we were supposed to be merged with the award winning society in August 2016.I took possession in 2015 itself and was quite happy but as months passed by, I got to see the colors of the builder and building quality. Cracks started opening from the wall and we had to call the builder to carry out repairs multiple times. The construction of the Z3 Commercial Building (that now hosts, Pantaloons and WestSide) went on for many months more and we had to bear the endless construction noise day and night. THe main point is that the builder is started playing hide and seek with the merger with Roseland Residency. When we the owners approached the GK Associates office to meet the builder, the reception gave us appointments at odd hours. Many times the appointments were cancelled. Many times they location of the appointments was changed from Pimple Saudagar Office to Aundh office, and yes at times the meetings started at 10.30pm or even later. Few assurances were given during such meetings as well that have not yet seen daylight.6 years on, the assurances given by GK Assocaites, whilst buying the flat have not been met. The builder seems to have cheated the residents of Z3 - Roseland Residency and is working towards fulfilling his promises.Hence, it is better to be very careful and avoid buying a GK property. I regret my decision badly.Based on the excellent and award winning initiatives by Roseland Residency Co-Hsg Society, the builder G.K Associates is flying high - playing with the lives of multiple IT personnel who want to settle in lives.

However now opening the wine Shop without consulting to society.2.Does apartment deed no conveyance deed means ownership of all common area , open space, land of society etc.. remain with him only.3. Still not given the possession letters after completing the all payments.4. Name of society is Sant Kanwar Ram GK Palaciobut opening wine shop under this......shameless act..Please take written assurance then only book the flats...otherwise you may have to regret your decision.

First of all there is no transparency. Lots of problems we have facing to convert Cooperative housing society. Basic amenities not provided like security cabin, common toilet and building name board at entry. Very very arrogant Sales Manager (Mr. Bharat) he is gives only bolbacchan and zero execution. Most important there is commercial Complex shop for wine/liquor which they was told this complex only for Bank, MacD and Showrooms. I am very disappointed for buy a flat here.Sant Kanwar-ram Palacio Phase 1&2, Chikhali.

GK is just name but this builder is a cheat, they sold property and later left their hands off and when it comes to commercial and residential they can sale it to anyone, they sale it for Wine shop, beer bar. You can leave it with your family in such residential and commercial one, GK never transfer society as Housing society, they do Apartment deed which is not a good option. Its everyones dream to own a house particularly for working class like us. With the same notion, my husband I started haunting for the house. We wanted to buy a property near pimple Saudagar since we been staying here from last 10 years.We finalized GK associate property since it reputed one in the Pimple Saudagar. We only fall for the big name but trust me guys every second I am regretting why we bought the property from GK associate.Our pain started right from booking the flat till now we are suffering.Starting with the documentation, possession, taking lot of follow up with the administrative staff at every stage we had to struggle but its not end here.The real challenges started after possession.There are lots of cracks started developing in the walls,Fitting of bathroom and kitchen accessories, the paint has started diminishing.Every single day there are issues.We feel like being cheated and wasted our hard earned money.So please think twice before byuing property from GK

GK associate is one of the best in real estate. I am staying on rent in one of reputed society in Pimple Saudagar, I love its construction and spacious flats. They take care of all tiny things required for a family.

Have purchased flat in St Kanwar-ram Palacio phase 1 I am facing sound issue with my bedroom window from Sepy 2018 i.e. possession month.Have complained from care taker person till contractor but i got only 2 response 1. Window material is as otherd flat. 2. we gave you new window so we cant do anything.

Build quality and designs of the apartments/buildings are very old. Their designs are suitable for birds like pigeons but not for humans, You will see pigeons across the buildings developed by GK Associates. Just visit Dayal Heights Rahatani and see their basement parking, parking design is horrible and you can only park in it if you have good riding skills and guts.. lol

Nice place to leave but not sure why the back road of the Rosewoods is still not open whereas builder was told It will be open in few days after 2years, nothing happened. Disappointed, and whatever in the modular kitchen provided, its made it of vary poor quality. Everyone face the same issue. I gave 3 star because of the nice place Nd people in pimple saudagar. Not for the builder.

Ambience of apartments is good but the quality of materials used is third graded. After a while, the paint comes off, wooden flooring is done with some cheap material and even the door breaks.

We stayed there at Rosewood for more than 3 years and its well maintained society to live.

Buildings, flats and play area is nicely built. Flats are well separated.Only flaw is in access. You have to cross rose land row houses where people park their cars on outside row houses making it a poor experience for residents and visitors.Visitors need to cross 2 security check points which also adds to the average experience.

If you visit GK associate 5year old property you will come to know all Golmaal of GK associate.

Plesse consider following points before purchase1. Lot of false committment before purchase2. No proper support after project handover3. Poor quality of plumbing . Lot of frequent leakages4. Parking related issues are critical. Allotments are not menitoned on clear documents unlike other builders5. After handover, you are helpless. Instead of Society, apartment is formed which keeps control with developer.6.Very arrogant sales team. Once you pay money, you have run behind them.7.Special note : please read agreements carefully. Already many occupants are facing daily problems in Ravet project.

There is no way to talk..I got the money to know who you are and who I am .... I request everyone to think 1000 times if someone wants to take property in GK not 100 times .....
