Itz a lovely place to stay with very decent people around you well maintained Society still under construction but managed it quite well... nice gym good play area for kids... clean swimming pool , good security system. And yes awesome view from my balcony...

This place is one of my worst experience. It is like living in a carpenter shop. I hear loud noises all the time from the construction work. And there is no specific time for that. They can start work early morning like 6-7 am or will do the hammering till late like 11:45pm. The noise is so much that no one can sleep in house especially babies. I have reported it to the society care takers and managers ..still they cant get a hold on it.The construction is worst of all time ( I have lived across cities and places ,but never seen something so pathetic that they dont even know how to get the walls straight)Leaky kitchen, bathrooms are now giving out patches on the exteriors of the house within the first year of construction. Few of my neighbors complaining about the bathroom and kitchen outkets being stuck in the first months of usage.Management just dont wanna hear about problems they will say we will get this resolved but no action.At last I dont think its even worth it ..Ill change my opinion if I see some changes till the time this will be my review.Goodluck

Construction work is really bad. Things are still pending from builder side. Its been just 2-3 yrs now n sewage pipes have leakage issue.Please visit A, B, C block before buying it. they just make customers fool and keep works pending for years.

No guarantee of this product, till what time it will sustain. issues started coming with in 1 year of move-in.Builder/Developer representative makes false promises like this will happen that will happen, actually nothing happened/ happening

This society is awesome construction and well maintained in future this society will be come class one in kesnand.
