Nice and clean society on highway. After entering from the main gate there is space for many car parking.Good layout, large balcony with view of highway and you can see hanging bridge from there. Rooms and hall were not huge but OK. Kitchen had modular fittings and tiling seemed quality stuff.In 3BHK, large storage area was available at one side of kitchen and other side had covered dry balcony.

Very good construction quality and it s plus point is its adjacent to Mumbai Bangalore Highway and very close to Mumbai Pune Expressway. The club house design os also very good.

For this location the kind of money they are asking is too much. Also the sales women here doesn’t seems interested in selling. In this amount, one can easily buy a property in prominent location where day to day essentials are easily available and one can get higher returns and rentals in future. Here the rental for 2bhk is very less as nobody will prefer living on rent here. Though the society is very good but the maintenance will be high and very less people will use all these amenities. Location is everything and this property doesn’t gurantee good returns in future. Also living there is will be a struggle for daily needs.

Amazing planning in building layout combined with very very good construction quality.Rooms are spacious and electrical outlets are near perfect placed, bathrooms are fitted with good quality sanitary ware.Ample parking space, neatly maintained garden, great clubhouse gym and swimming pool add charm to the place.

Living here is the best decision i took.Flats here cover a large area (you get more of what you pay)Great amenities (the best part) includes swimming pool, gym, table tennis, chess, snooker, carrom, basketball play area, skating lane, a maze for children, childrens play area, lawn for walking, jogging track,...much more.Open space around covering farms rejuvenates the mornings. Ive uploaded a picture of ⛅ sunrise.Cons...Location! Commute towards the city becomes cumbersome.Also being besides the highway you might have to suffer from the traffic noise which does irritate a lot, but only if your house is facing towards the highway, and groceries/medical/shops starts from a distance of 200m from the entry gate.But if you are comfortable with the above mentioned issues, you are not gonna regret living here! Beautiful project! Though very near to highway but with sound cancellation windows, you dont hear any noise. Wonderful amenities, good quality construction, spacious rooms,underground parking, lot of greenery, play area for kids, ground for playing cricket, football, separate volley ball court, gym, open area, swimming pool, skating area, bhul bhulaiya, jogging track........ Really really impressive!

The project is good but the road outside is completely occupied by large number of trucks during day and night. Also the dhabhas just outside makes the make seem like slum rather than a residential area. Even after giving complaints to police a million times nothing has changed. No Parking boards were installed but their as usual they are of no use as no one cares about rules here. Area feels very unsafe during nights bcoz of large number trucks parked by.

Lovely landscaping.. quaint.. reminds me of baner hills and pashan.. good facilities and amenities.. downside is that it is bang on the service road towards Bombay, therefore the highway truck menace, the inevitable dhaba menace and the 7 petrol pumps in the area just outside the society is totally lacklustre.. @pethkar projects, please remove the dhaba and save the place for the other projects in the locality..

Well built and maintained property with swimming pool and gymnasium. Self contained and sufficient in all amenities. Though its difficult sometimes (in the evening) to get food delivered

I live in a 3bhk, only problem with it is one one of the room is very small and ventilation is not good for that room. Other than this other rooms are fantastic, there is a nice balcony and the hall room is very spacious.The amenities are very good. There is a gym, swimming pool, club house has carrom, foosball table, table tennis and chess.

@Parag, Their cost sheet is available over siyona site. I refered that only.Overall, very nice project. Delivering it on time. Room sizes are good compared to other equivalent project around the same area.Pethkars have good rapport in market.. They concentrate on single project at a time. After sales service is not bad (as of now) :)Punavale is developing fast. so this seems to be a best option from future perspective.

New review after 1 year at Siyona:-Cons:-Bad cellular signals on certain sides of the property...for example pool facing side has bad receptionNo bus stop for atleast 1 km on either side... getting an OLA/UBER can be a headache.....Since it is a way off the main wakad and Akurdi areas, people without any vehicles may find it hectic to commute.Since the site is still under construction(phase 1 has been completed), expect Construction noise...even after completion, they are planning phase 2 so be ready. Though to be honest, the sound proofing is VERY good.Pros:-A fun place to raise your kids as the society is full of newly Weds and families with young kids....lots of areas for playing which include big dirt ground, walkway for cycling, soft beach sand for castle making, jungle gym and others, swimming pool, gym for adults, open mini ampi theatre, skating track, small basketball area, tacky bhuul bhulaiya and enclosed areas at regular intervals for the elderly and people in general to just sit and relax.24hrs water supply as they have 3 bor Wells dug up, waste management, garbage chute and propeeMonsoon was the best time to be living in Siyona and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The society developers have taken a lot of effort to make it *homely* and provided all amenities that are usually compromised upon in favor of dishing out more and more houses.I once counted and the underground parking and assigned parkings around the society can easily house 300 cars at any time. That is not counting the space from the entrance gate to the main gate.I loved my time there and Im sure you will too.
