Location seems a little rural ..however its a fine construction and peaceful.

1. though builder has given possession for b building more than 1 year back, still no parking allotments are done2. No separate water connection for drinking water and usable water, in Kitchen you are getting same water which you get in Bathrooms with high TDS.3. No separate water tank for drinking water, only one tank to accommodate corporation water (drinkable with low TDS), boar water and tanker water4. Though builder has taken full maintenance amount from owners, not all the amenities are ready.5. too many leakages in the parking6. common pathway shared between commercial and residential which should not be due to security reasons.7. Other amenities are also shared between residential and commercial buildings.8. Committed Gas Bank but no provision even after 2 years of possession.9. Water clogging issues in -2 parking is regular thing in rainy seasons, since past two years, still no corrective actions take by builder. Please see the pics and videos attached.

Very Unprofessional.The possession is delayed for almost more than 1.5 years and still the builder is least interested to fulfil the commitments.They only ask to complete your settlements but are not answerable to give details on possession.Always have reasons for the delay and still failing to fulfill the commitments.

1) Possession delayed.2) no commitment on the date of possession even after possession is delayed3) you never get to meet the builder only sales person will be on site.4) this is not the right project of you are expecting for on time delivery and have plans accordingly.5) invest only if ready to wait for 2+ yrs more than the promised date.6) Alas!!! No negative rating here would have chose from it.

- No professionalism, facing delay in possession since 1.5 years and still builder is not taking it seriously.-Instead of working management just focuses on RERA delaye date.- Sales person MS. Sofee will make people fool by her words and will call you just for money and wont update you later an for construction update- Even senior management person Mr Saurabh is not stand on his words, he said to me to give posession in 2 month but waiting since months but they are not taking any aaction.

There is no use of cctv, if you lost something and request for cctv they will say we dont know password.

Builder purposefully delays all projects and all buildings. He has delayed the A and B building. And now delaying the C building by one and half year from original RERA date.Only book here if you want to wait for 5-6 years. RERA date doesnt matter for them.

Delayed possession. Definitely would not recommend.

Sales experience (Mr. Rubab) was excellent.Sales Manager (Ms Sofee) arranged for Agreement procedure proactively and in time.Liked the Layout of this Project. Rare to find 3 side open apartment these days.Decent space reserved for amenities and open spaces for senior citizens and children.Location of this Project deserves 5-StarsSlightly on higher side if calculated rate per sqftBut, combining together with Location, Project Layout, Apartment Sizes, Amenities with Parking facilities... I believe one can not go wrong by purchasing apartment over here...Hoping for timely possession!!!

Construction quality and location are very good. However, the project is on very high premium compared to other buildings in same locality.
