24 hours water supply, very rare power cuts. Fruits, vegetables, cooking gas, walking distance. Drawback, no brand broadband available we have to go with local one WFH ....flats are gud for 2 or 3 individual staying together have three balconies hall , kitchen, bedroom in all flats. Ppl are little orthodox but mind their own business so sud not bother much mostly families

Nice place for recidenc

Nice place for family persons. Connected to almost all kondawa,hadapsar,undri,station ,swarget locations. All are just 15 to 25 minute ride. Near to almost 20 numbers schools with maximum 6 Km area.No issue for water. Best maintained by society peoples.

This is nice residency place in Pune all stations near by this place and reach easily
