Stayed here at a Bnb kind of a scene. It was a 4bhk apartment on the 10th floor in C block. Bnb was registered to a company named pasific corporate solutions. Got it booked MMT for nominal price with breakfast included for 2 nights. The Society is under construction kind of secluded, they security guard was there to safety was not an issue, the main thing is its under construction RN and though I dont know much about property and purchase but my stay was good.

Building is still being constructed. Im sure its been so many years since people started living here, (Definitely 2+ years) and its still under construction. Theres ample ventilation and sunlight in the apartment I live in but the society amnesties are non existent. No in-built ACs in the rooms, gym, pool, or a community center yet (as promised lol)

Good society but left mid way by builders with unclean parking lots. Houses are spacious and good view from balconies

Building is still in construction. Very near to EON zone, beside enigma park. Access road is too broad. Inside housing space is also good.

Its basically under construction with no facilities at the moment, but the views from these flats are absolutely beautiful right now. Especially post monsoon, when the clouds look so surreal!And since the arent any taller buildings in the vicinity the top floors get so much natural ventilation, its great!

Lavish Sized homes

Lots of issue in this society. Builder doesnt give a damn. No maintainance issues like water supply, electricity supply, cleanliness issues are constantly popping up apart from this you can face security issue too.

Flats are good , however construction is going on,less facilities available like gym and others

Project is incomplete,project was delayed by 5 years still its not completed.no amenities and landscape garden or anything. No society formed still running somehow. People who invested they have come to stay regardless of whatever state the project is. People are buying it but those people are diffrent dont know what calculation they have done to zero down for purchase.
