What a planning! And maintained very well! Security also quite good. Liked the parking system. Lifts are average.

Not at all good to stay, specially for ladies. Mr. chairman and guards think themselves to be the Magistrates and barges into house without the consent which is totally inappropriate.

Su Casa is a good residential condominium in a fairly busy area of Wakad - a fast growing suburb of historic Pune City in Maharashtra State.It has several blocks of apartments surrounded by fair amount of greenery and a decent swimming pool in the centre.Maintenance of the condominium as also the greenery can be improved by putting in extra focus. Overall, a good and convenient place to live.

Really a nice place. I stayed here at a friends apartment for a couple of days and liked the calm environment. Good from safety point of view too.

I visited my friends in Su Casa and faced the most unethical behaviour by the Chairman of the Society and One of the OWNERS. They thought they were king. Firstly they barged into girls flat without their permission and then abused us that he knows what we bachelors do inside the flat. He have 15+ IT experience but no manners at all. One of our male friend visited us 15mins back before this incident and the so called Chairman threatened him that you have entered the society but could not leave. Just because he started filming his drama. They fined us with 10k that too for false allegations. For unauthorized stay and for feeding pigeons.

It is a blessing to be part of the Sucasa family, where the committee members are so proactive and helpful. Right from fruits, vegetables, bakery items, groceries to an ATM... everything has been arranged for society members in these tough times. Appreciate the effort and thought put into all of this by everyone.

I lived in this society for 2 years and i found my stay in this place as difficult as hell.Initial one year was quite bearable where abiding by the rules and regulations wasnt munch harsh and i took it as it is for our own good.Decision to extend stay in the society was the worst decision we took which snatched all our peace of mind and we were forced to live as slave.Daily a new rule is added in their rule book and despite of following all sorts of illogical and irrational rules which was made for bachelors specifically,we were harassed by them.Even security guards of the society is very rude .The most gruesome part is society is not at all safe for girls. Forget outsiders,the chairman itself makes the place scary. We were threatened badly ,when one day Mr.chairman himself and few of his assistants barged in our flat without our consent.If i mention the reason it would be as silly as nobody will even laugh at it,reason:one pigeon took one slice of chapati from our kitchen and drop down. and till that day we were totally unaware of the fact that this was heinous crime as they were threatening us by calling cops and wanted us to be behind the bars.There are many such incidents happening daily in this society,which i would not able to pen down but i think this much information is fair enough for everyone to take decision to choose this society as a residence.

Worst place to live!Get stocked daily by society chairman every day, no water facility( even you have to spend your 2-3 days without water).Nither good for family nor bachelors. They will enter your house without persmission for checking.Not good for purchase as well, flats will not give you return on investment, prefer new societies.

This society is not for bachelors. I think this society should say right upfront that bachelors are not allowed instead of harassing them after they settle down. They create new rules every now and then. Every society has rules but these rules should be applied to everyone not just bachelors. Recently they have made a rule to stop visitors(just for bachelors). Guys please dont rent or buy in this society.

Well maintained society but water shortage

Worst society ever. Management is completely baised . Bachelors are treated no less than stray animals even worst then that. If you are bachelor and living in this society you will be considered as sinner.All the families residing here establishes baseless rules and regulations according to their convenience. Let friend and relatives out of proportion even parents are not allowed to stay with you for couple of days.This society has its own governance where chairman is prime minister and security personnels are ministers.Think and re-think before opting this society even for free.

Situated at easy to reach location....flats have good ventilation....good view ....For tenants (especially bachelors), swimming pool and gym access is not allowed.....no drinkable water......have to buy water barrels....

Living here for two years was the worst decision ever, very weird people especially the chairman of the society is mentally retarded, he will just assume that you are doing something unacceptable just because you are bachelor and make you suffer.Complete no no for bachelors.Some high earning people live here and show there money power out of no sense.!!Guards behave as if some president or something. They even dont have basic ethics and talking manners.

Nice Society. Posh, Modern, Spacious with a huge play ground for kids, club house, swimming pool and the works. More importantly, pet friendly.

It is situated in a good locality and flats are good. But if you are a bachelor do not take flats here. The society has so many rules for bachelors that you almost feel like an outcast. You will not be allowed to use gym, swiwmmg pool and the worst is you will not be allowed to sit in the garden also. The guards are rude and their behaviour towards tenants are completely different from their behaviour with owners. Guards behave like they have built this building and bachelor tenants are some prisoners. Worst is if your friends or parents come over and stay for a day or two, you will have to take a written permission from the owner and submit it to the guards .. only then will they be allowed..Whoever has created these rules must have been married of at a very young age hence is extremely jealous of young bachelors and have taken it up to himself to make a bachelors life miserable in Sucasa.I hope bachelors will now make an informed decision..
