Nice place people are nice, the issue is with water and parking. If your flat owner doesnt have designated parking space youll have to find space to park your bike all the time every time. Theres a caretaker who stays at parking level however, they dont come to open the gates during late hours. You need to open the gates on your own and then close it as well

Water is not available 24*7. Sometimes it comes alternate days for 5 minutes in summer season.

Nice complex but rent is very high
