Its freaking huge and nice. Too far from main city but at a serene location.

This is a really good society to live in.

The approach road is pretty rough but once inside this is a clean, well maintained society. With lots of Amenities to offer, this is a ideal place for a family to live.

Amazing place to live in one of the most expensive friendly society I have ever seen with lush green grass and trees. It also has a club house with gym and a hall for other activities. There’s a pool too which makes it stand out in the area. The surrounding is quite and peaceful. Good place for kids as it also has two cricket pitches where you can play cricket or football ⚽️ 😎

Wish I could give in minus. Society doesnt allow tenants to enter without agreement but they happily take society charges without any receipt or proof. They change the rules overnight and dont inform the occupants.. no infrastructure, manager is an idiot allowing brokers to suck money from new tenants. Brokers must be giving him a good share of money.

I wish i could give negative rating. First of all its Nyati Eternity and not Nyati Evara. It has currupt society management and I would like to share my experience. No one stops the visitor at the society gate. But if a visitor parks the car at the wrong place, they will put jammers to collect the fine.There is only one internet provide in the society with high rental fee. The society management is not allowing any other service provider. You can understand the reason. So, I would not recommend this society to anyone.
