Worst society ,I wasted my 1 year staying there,First of allNo drinking waterEven the water which comes for general use is so hard and filled with Salt, cant use it for cooking alsoThere is a big difference between the facilities and comfort given to Owners and Renters ,Every 2 months The drainage would be full and theWhole parking would be full of Sewage water and flies,The Flat where i was staying ,After the Raining season it Devloped Kind of Bejje on the walls , We had informed the owner about the situation , The owner didnt even brother to come and see , When we were shifting , The owner cut 5000/- deposit from us because he blamed the walls Bejje on us that because of us it happened .This is my own experience , what i faced ,That is why i am posting this Review ...And at the end Google Reviews are given not only for mentioning Good ones.Think 10 times before considering silver crestThere are much more better options in Wagholi ....

Best Society good construction highway touching peaceful & Safe lot of schools, banks, restaurants near the society. Fast developing area.

Silver Crest - f5 Realtors is one of the best projects in Wagholi in terms of connectivity, construction quality, affordability, and amenities... The f5 project management team has executed the project really well. Work is still in progress though for rest of the buildings...!

Nice housing society.Very well maintained. Spacious flats and lobby. Calm and quiet.

Rented flat b101 ...nice society with gym and swimming pool....forget the total deposite amount when you leave...its impossible to get back deposite

Location is good its near to highway but poor construction and you have to take long internal road to reach the place

Near nagar highway but one problem is water.
