Nice residential complex in Kalyani Nagar. Well laid out and maintained. Its showing signs of ageing since its been around for 15+ years. Other than that its nice!

Very nice Society but traffic is very rush

Very quiet and serene . Well kept society. Only problem is the traffic when getting out and into the society during rush hours. Also there is a water body in the society where water stagnates leading to a mosquito menace which is unpleasant.

One if the earliest prime properties. The layout is spread out. Not congested. Very well planned. Strict maintenance and management. So if you are going to buy property and do renovation you will have to follow lot of rules

Nice and Spacious Place with a mix of Residential as well as Corporate Offices. There are several software companies housed inside Marigold Complex. The Atmosphere and surroundings is pretty Clean. Theres not much rush inside and I found it to be a calm place.

A GOOD place with a very vast array for people to get career opportunities. BUT the securities are disrespectful and the worst people in that property, they are disrespectful to visitors in terms of parking of vehicles and reasoning with them is pointless. And avoid talking to the security supervisor at all costs to avoid getting irritated by him.

It is a very good society with a lot of greenery

Its a residential society behind gold adlabs multiplex, kalyani nagar. It also has a tech park inside it, known as Marisoft . Roads inside the society which is common to both residential society and the tech park is in a bad situation with full of potholes. Also, hardly any option for food for the techies inside the campus. A large cafeteria is much required inside Marisoft in the marigold society.
