One of the best place to live in hadapsar pune. Well maintained Jim, garden and swiming pool.Major day to day life amenities available at walking distance..Society atmosphere is too good. I am live here on rental basis. They allow only family to live on rental basis. Also, as safety point of view it is best place to live.

Not maintained...everywhere you see garbage bags dumped in corridors ....not at all clean ...each building committee should clean the entire building properly atleast once a year.

The society is very good.Nicely maintained with full security.All the covid regulations are followed.Visitors parking was also there.Overall a nice place.

If you are a bachelor then this is the last place for you to live. Most of the people are narrow minded ,few are exceptional though. I stayed for 5 months in L wing 806 with 3 more roommates. The owner only cares about money and during pandemic situation she literally tortured us mentally for more than 2 months ! Furthermore ,our deposit amount was cut as per her convince without any proper reasoning. I hope she suffers for what she did to us.

Very Good Society with all amenities. Ample parking space. Very well maintained temple, club house, garden and gymnasium. One of the best in Hadapsar.No water problem at all even in summer. They have 2 big Corporation pipelines plus their own wells plus bore wells. (I dont understand why people mentioned water is a problem here).Yes, there is one problem there which is railway crossing. Sometimes its worst. But rest all is good.If you are working in SP infocity or Magarpatta or EON its best place to live in.

Peaceful environment in this society.Greenery is also there. Gym and swimming pool also available.

Very neat and clean environment

Great society for family and married couples. This society doesnt allow bachelor. Ample parking space and good area for morning walk. There is power cut in morning but for only few hours. Rent for 1bhk is 8000 and for 2bhk it is 10000 including maintenance. There is a temple in society for prayer. They celebrates every festival. Society maintainence staff is not on time. So in morning it smells like garbage in corridors. Society approach road is not good. It is because of municipal issues. Only drawback is jspm school is nearby and there is lot of noise coming from that place to till 8pm. It is good to have vehicle, otherwise it is very difficult to commute as auto and bus stand is 500m away from this place. Also, shops are far away. There is 24/7 water in winter , in summer there is some issues. Also, drinking water is only available from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm. Society always have solar water gyser. People are nice here with few exceptions. It is difficult to rent flat without broker in this society . If you are working in magarpatta or sp infocity then it is good place to live. Their is one major problem in this area , railway gate, it takes around 30-45 mins to reach magarpatta.

The infrastructure is good but the people are terrible and narrow minded. Better to avoid it and live elsewhere.

Infrastructure is nice but the people are not supportive their, than leaving with narrow minded people ,it is better to leave somewhere else.especially flat no.-806 owner is not at all cooperative,she had pressurized us to vacant the flat at this pandemic time.

They constantly play on loudpeaker in the morning and Dreams Elina residents are frustrated. Police have been informed multiple times. They really dont care about others.

The owner of L-806 pressurized into vacating the flat in these terrible conditions and refused to give our deposits back . I do not recommend this ..
