B1 building flat are somewhat spacious touching 1 cr (1000 sq fit carpet) and A4 is compact touching 70-80L.(650-750 sq fit carpet). I feel this is a highly over-rated project. The price of flats here is rocking high.. and construction quality is very very Poor.. washroom stinks due to pipeline issues..The kitchen on the entrance of the flat is another drawback..They promise of swimming and gym free on possession but it turns out that u have to take membership of 13k to access it..

I bought a 2 bedroom apartment here, Even though the location is good, the quality of construction from Goel Ganga Group is not good, within months I started to find issues with the plumbing, ceiling, tiles, and most important in common areas. Luckily, after complaints they came to fix it, but it should not happen in the first place.

I have been staying here since last 3-4 months:1) construction quality - very poor2) paint work and wood flooring- very bad like local work done in 2-3 story building. Wood flooring coming out in 2 months. walls have uneven surface and paint brush marks, tiles used on floor have cement and pop marks. Finishing not at all good3) Lot of stray dogs keep roming in society. Guards are busy in playing mobile games and dont have idea about anything. Supervisors are only for name they dont have any control on workers.4) cleanliness- workers are like owner of building they pick up garbage of their own choice. For cardboard boxes and other garbage they ask for money. Talked to Sudam their Supervisor- his reply they will charge for cardboard boxes or furniture boxes5) bathroom smells bad as there is odour from drainage pipes6) On name of aminities only one garden in common rest everything on paid basis5) Given bike and car washing work to person. He asked me to pay 100 more every month as he has to pay commission to Mr Vola who is employee of goel ganga.6) Booking- Mr Malay is sales head of this project and highly unreliable person7) Possession- Mr Pandey and Gaikwad. If you paid reamining money and took flat keys they will never listen to you8) Electric switches stopped working within a month, taps started leaking... When communicated to team looking after this I got reply that u must have told this before possession. Now nothing can be done9) Request - Request to Mr Goel, please look into these issues as workers under you are not managing things properly. We buyers are paying lot of our hard earned money by keeping faith in your name and brand. Such type of work by your workers is a huge disappointment

The possession of the Ganga Legend A3 building is delayed by almost 2 years. There is literally not a single update from builder about the completion status. You need to followup each time with them, and then also you wont get any update.Even the government project doesnt took this much time for completion.Please avoid investing in this project. Worst builder, we booked flat 3years back, and supposed to get flat 6months after. But till today no posesseion. Legal dexuments yet not received. Even staff are so rude and no one knows whats going on. No one is able to Tell about completion. Please dont invest in this property. This is our biggest mistake. We visited ganga legend site few months back. We were about to book a flat but then we met this arrogant lady Neetu from sales team. She was behaving like weird , It surprises us why she is so arrogant and full of attitude without any reason. It feels like we are cheap people and she is the one and only legend from ganga legend project.Then without thinking much we immediately step out of site and never visited any goel ganga project across pune.Goel Ganga team, I know you never take customer feedback seriously, But no one is interested in sky walk or moon walk whatever it is, but at least ask your staff to behave properly.People visit project site to book there dream home, obliviously not to get insulted. Everyone deserve respect irrespective of there financial status.I hope goel ganga management team take this feedback seriously.

My Experience with ganga legend is very bad , Sales person are very rude. Specially there sales person Neetu . she is very arrogant and even dont have proper manners how to talk to customers. Nice society to have your flat in. The only issue is delivery boys post 11.30 are not allowed to enter youll have to collect the parcel from main gate. As lot of construction work is going on it may annoy you during afternoon but otherwise it is amazing society.

Worst place gym is not available for flat owners, big amount of maintenance like 4000 and more, for gym extra 17000k extra, attitude after sale no value for costumers, costly rates illegal blueprint map showing 1bhk Master bedroom but no Master bedroom waste of money, no clean water hair fall deu to water use and after drinking water kidney stone disease.

Worst experience dealing with Goel Ganga Developers. Think twice, thrice, n number of times before you sign any paper or pay booking amount. Sales team is smart enough to get paper work done without giving you chance to read it at once. And the terms of contract are oppressive. You will get to read them once you raise a dispute and then you are in trouble.

Have taken the possession of the flat in November 2019. The project looks Great but seems to be a Rosy picture.The construction quality is not up to the mark. There has been a heavy leakage in the first rain itself.The staff is not ready to accept the poor quality of work.I have 2 parkings as per the agreement in the stilt floor, but have been assigned 1 parking and that too in the basement.The bathroom finishing work is also very Poor.They are charging hefty 4720 but the receipts for the same are not given &/or are wrongly given without GST.The break up of maintainence has hot their employees salaries along with false exenpenses as well.I had to actually fight for getting the finishing of my flat as per the demo flat shown. The walls finish is very BAD and the reason given for that is some M1 or Mi technology.No society formation yet done by the builder.Even after you have purchased the flat and taken possession, The builder wants to decide as to whom it can be rented to.Piped Gas connection is also not done till now.Same is with the Solar Geyser process. It is also not done.The builder and his team is Good at one thing and that is false promises only.I have written to them and also sent reminders but, absolutely zero reply or response from them.The leakage happening from the roof also is being pudhe on the top flat owner.Feel like have been cheated.PLEASE THINK + RETHINK + RETHINK before thinking of buying and becoming a fool.

Its a nice society with good amount of parking spaces and even construction quality looks good. Only thing which should have been better is number of lifts. There are very few lifts compared to number of floors and flats. There are only 2 lifts for 23 story building. It takes lot of time to enter into lift during peak hours.

While booking the flat, it was said that we will get possession on December 2020, but these people are unable to give the date of our possession even after following up for the last 6 months. If you go there and try to ask, you are treated very badly by themThere are two very rude women in the sales team named Neetu and Navneet.Extremely abusive treatment is given by the sales team.Unfortunately no one from sales team is wearing a face mask.Being a property owner I would suggest that Ganga legend team must take care of their sales staff should not misbehave with customers. Scheme is good and specially skywalk and view from flats but close to river and these days we know how it rains like hell.

More showoff .People look for a home to live in not a mall .I did not like the construction quality and moreover they dont have the sample flat with the actual carpet you look for and no transparency.

We have booked a flat 4 years ago and we havent got our possession yet, Nor they are interested to entertain their customers,we have invested a good amount in it and we have no response yet from the builder, i want people to reach me facing same issues with Ganga Legend to know more.

Good location, good quality construction, beautiful locality....overall the complete package for the descent family.

The entrance is very big and the complex is also very big. This project provides you all the basic amenities required. Eg. Swimming pool, Gym, shopping mall.

Too costly for PMRDA location & carpet area offered.I had almost finalized this project but dint book. Following are pros & cons of the project.Cons-1. Quote price for a 640 sq ft (smart 2bhk)carpet flat is around Rs.76 lacs(All inclusive). Not at all justifiable for product offered for sale.2. The buildings are constructed too close to each other. Not sure about ventilation.3. Amenities provided by builder is just Marketing gimmick. You have to pay monthly charges(Other than maintenance) to third party for using it.4. Security Deposits collected of Rs.1.5 lacs with no justifiable reason.5. Ram Nadi/Naala flows adjacent to the project6. The project is not approved by SBI.7. It has various litigations going on.8. Only 2 lifts are provided for 23 storey building.9. More focus of Marketing project is on amenities rather than actual layout of flat which is of utmost importance.10. They have a smaller version of 2 bhk flat which they call as smart 2 bhk. Goel Ganga has aptly n smartly named it as the flat is not even 1.5bhk even by pune standards.Pros1. Located at scenic location of bavdhan.2. Reputed builder in Pune real estate market.3. The amenities to be provided look good at least on paper. But cost benefit analysis to be done for the same.

Slow progress of work...project delayed by 2 years ...Existing customers unhappy...I wish to inform everyone that quite recently in Sep 2020, I have undergone lot of problems because -My flat was under subvention scheme wherein the builder has committed to pay the EMI amount till the posssession of our Flat , but the builder has neither handed us the flat and on the contrary stopped paying us the EMI since Mar 2020...I personally visited their office and have been constantly sending them mails and messages but to no good...I urge everyone that if someone else is also in the same situation plz connect...What is more astonishing is that the word of commitment by Goel Ganga is not stood by...Please be careful and cautious...

20 reasons for avoiding investment in (Ganga Loot) project.1. There are 21+ litigations on the GL project (check the RERA for details) - SBI does not approve home loan to this project.2. 45% loading with Very high cost - selling (so called SMART) 2bhk (actually 1.5bhk) at 70 lakh price range3. looting addition 1.5 lakh on the name of security deposit for 5 years without any interest why but and are you sure you will refund it?4. looting of Rs. 4000 + (Rs. 720 GST) as maintenance cost only for water and cleaning services - Why?5. Leased out common amenities (like swimming pool , Gym and community hall) to private company Multifit -Isnt a part of Society ? if not why it in society premises? society members are not allowed to use it free of cost?6. False commitments - No Ample parking provided yet after 1.5 years of possession. Why is it mention on index II?7. Loot of 4 to 7 lakhs on the name of parking . as per RERA parking can not be charged separately.8. Fake customer care - sitting Gunde/Mawali on for threatening people if missed any maintenance cheque.9. There is no service for bathroom leakages or any other maintenance related issue -as per RERA builder is suppose to provide maintenance service for 2 years at least.10.only two lift for 23 floor building which has no backup at all - people stuck in the lift when no power.11.Zero Security for society people any one can walk in society and guard never stops them and make entry.12.False commitments of GAS and Solar water services there is no work in progress after 1.5 years of possession13.No Society formed and registered yet - looting people for NOC Rs 100/SQFT if anybody want to sell the flat- as per RERA society needs to be registered after selling of 50% flats.14.Project is just beside of Ram river which is big threat for environment15.Project work is too slow, lot of noise and labors every time in the society premises16. They will show you virtual video of society and offer you good food and other services till you buy the flat andonce agreement is done they even do not recognize you neither responds to your emails and calls17.Water issue: project not under PMC and there is no authorized water connection yet the current water quality is very poor18.Subvention Scheme : Builder try to convince customer to avail subvention scheme 10-80-10 and once the customers go with it , they can not cancel the agreement and cant sell the flat until possession19.High interest in subversion scheme : builder have tie up with some private finance banks and they apply very high interest on loan.Finally....20. Just dont go on BIG name they (GL team) are cheaters actually.

This project is awesome considering the growth of Pune City! They are obviously one of the old and good developers.. flats are nice as well.. but a little higher side in terms of cost but negotiable.. had good time meeting Mr. Anant there. Thank you guys!

Project is good but the sales guys are very unsupportive. They will only coordinate with you till the time you buy the property. After that at the time of possession and all they wont even pick your phone and will not entertain their customers. Firstly they will not complete the work in promised deadline and if try to chase them about this they will simply ignore your calls and messages. Very bad experience.

U can find every thing in that market Like Veggies , fruits , dry fruits ,milk products nd 3 shops of food items,all r tasty .In short I liked the place V. V. much.atlast again the area was superb nd the V. beautiful nd superb scenario .

Not sure about the living standards but we had a great time playing football here .turf is perfectly curated and is indeed very best for football enthusiasts.

This project is on PMRDA limits, no water supply to the building because of zilla parishad controls the area, built on ram nadi .. another controversial case in court.. watch out before buying in PMRDA

They also offers 10 years of mantainance of leakage.
