A very nice gated community. The facilities are very well planned. There is a nice swimming pool, gym, snooker, table tennis and badminton etc. In the park outside are tennis grounds, basketball and cricket plus a nice tree lined walking tracks. The flats have been designed nicely. Overall a great experience.

Nice flats , with pathetic and worst flat owners with thrid class rules.Flat owners are extortionist. If you are a bachelor make sure that you wont be responsible for your replacement when you leave the flat.

Good society but very bad management. Charge for using goods lift is Rs 1000 (nonrefundable).

Security guards no manners, also behavior is not good and rudely speak with guest.

Well..If you are already in here as a tenant its well and good. The place is posh and filled with all modern amenities. Theres pool,play ground for children, tennis court, basket ball court,weekly zoomba classes and what not!The apartments is covered with greenery- trees and plants for fresh air, theres a jogging track also. The lifts are fast and are kept close to parking areas.If youre to bring your friend here, make sure of taking guest pass from security!Rooms are clean, with proper ventilation and hot water facility.

Residents should cooperate with them.Cons: -1) Water scarcity is the main problem.2) I wish they would have planted some more trees.3) Buildings have started showing the cracks. Seems good quality Construction material was not used.

If anyone is working in Hinjewadi. This is the one of the best place to live. Well maintenance, near by stores , bus stop with high frequency buses.Specially No brokers for these apartments.Plenty of space , parks for kids.Basketball court, Tennis Court, indoor and Outdoor cricket ground.

Things are hiped...nothing so great about the township...flat sizes are too small.

This apartment lies beside the TCS and hills. The view from this apartment is mind blowing and you can get anything from the general stores here.

Its a planned designed infrastructure. Facilities including:1. Cricket net2. Gym3. Small kids garden / playground along with pavement area for walking / jogging4. Swimming poolBuilding have proper lift facilities for specially abled people

The quality of the apartments and amenities are amazing but the management at megapolis sucks. I own an apartment for last 7 years here and dealing with their management for anything is a nightmare. I will not invest here again and look for other properties. The management is abusive, rude and unresponsive. No regard for the residents and not willing to help when needed. The customer dont need such an arrogant management when there are so many options in the market.
