Nice society with good aminities to enjoy.Rightly priced and One of the most desirable society to have dwelling house in Pisoli area.Amenities are maintained very well by society committee.Few small conflicts are running with developers but will be solved very soon as per comittiee members.

There isno proper finishing of flat..and accessaries used in it.Those who want book here please check about property tax builder not paid property tax till yet..if you try to communicate with builder or society commity no answer on it..Clear about corpus fund on the time of booking sales person said there is no maintenance for 1 year and in 2 month of possession society found n started mai tenance and no answer about corpus fund..froud builder and sales person ..The parking is still without shade which was promised by builder to be provided and not sure when it will be done

Well planned, society to cater the community who wish to live in modernised colony, in a fast developing area, as all over in pune traffic chaos is always a issue in this area.

Peaceful place

We have booked flat in phase-II in 2017. As per RERA possession is expected by June-2019. But this wont happen and they delayed it by a year. Even after all this extension it is seen like they are not serious about the completion. After 9 months from the passed possession date the pending work is not yet done. The sales person are giving foolish reasons for the delay. Even the owners are not able to explain exact reason. They dont have a approximate estimation for the site completion.Im adding this review in the perspective of gathering all the folks who booked flat in here and waiting for possession. We can create a group and see how can we proceed further and get our homes as earliest as possible. contact me over my mail-ID: [email protected] hope we can have a strong union to get the builder to work on highest priority and give us our homes soon.

The place is very good for family. Build quality is good too. Only disadvantage is there is no ATM nearby. You have to walk or ride to the main road near Dharmavat petrol pump if u need cash. Grocery stores are available where you’ll get fresh vegetables also.

Society is alright but do not rent flat C2 205The owner of the flat jazib khan is a cheat he wont return the deposit amount back once your leaving the flat

Builder gave posession without MSEB meter. Now builder is asking to pay for the MSEB charges for reinstalling the meter.

Dont trust on sales persons possession commitment, those who are looking to buy in B wing as they are not sure about possession. Still waiting for possession, as booked in March, very bad experience, lot of reasons for delayed possession. No progress in work.
