Atlantis City is one of the projects of Brand lance at Lohegaon..I saw these commercials were underconstructed way back in 2018..started selling out to reputed ones like Haldirams(where you can find your all time Favourite Orange Barfi),Dominos,Cakeroma and many more...opposite of That commercial,dont forget to visit Cafe cream..See the review of that as well.

There are couple of things that make you irritate and uncomfortable about this property1 - Builder - They are new to this profession and having no idea how to deal with customer. If you ask, when things will be done, he says very soon. No clear picture on how technically they are building up.2 - Trust - They have rumored that Reliance mall is coming up in their premises to get their flat sold. But unfortunately, that was fake news.3 - Changes - I had requested for changing floor tiles but they said, you have to pay for the tiles which is completely unfair. Other builders will deduct the tile price to help you to get new ones.4 - Commitment - They are making fools to everyone by saying that possession will be on Dec or Jan 19. But I would suggest to get any civil engineer to confirm this because still there is 50% work is left. There is no work has been started for club house, garden, only for 3 flats flooring tiles have been completed.Huge work is left and still they are saying possession will be completed by Jan... Dont trust on their words instead get some one from your own to verify this property. Most of the time workers will not be there or they are running out of some resources. Only few, most 10 , labors are working on property.

This site is been constructed from their previous site i.e LifeStyleMagnum I have booked flat in June 2016 and while booking they have told that they are giving possession in Dec 2017..............but they have given possession in April 2019......so this is worst.....Also Behaviour of builder i.e Mr Rajiv is also not good.......As i moved to site located and still we are facing many issue issue. As MSEB meter where not installed for 3 months and after giving late possession still they are asking to pay electricity bill. Also construction quality is not good they are many wall cracks, water is coming from any where......................i would recommended not to purchase flat at this location .............as i and also society member are also not happy about what they deliver...More over i see only one positive point i.e Mr Sham sir is very supportive

Project looks to be good but marketing person have no interest in selling the flat.Builder is quite new for such a big project, not sure if they can deliver it on time.This project is on most crowded road of this area i.e. Porwal Road.

Loved the Construction Quality, Superb built, height of the ceiling would have been 12 feet around, you wont find such heightened ceiling in whole Dhanori and Lohegaon new projects.
