Good society and well maintained amenities

Moderate option with moderate budget...location is good but construction quality is not upto the mark. Specially leakages and the glass work falling in bath and balconies are dangerous. Team need to focus seriously to resolve safety issues. One false promise to relocate garbage processor location shifting which is not fulfilled by builder....if no other option go for it.

Yesterday I visited this place. As Im working in Hinjawadi. Its just 6 km far from my office. I liked their 2 bhk. This is the finest property I found after 3 months of research. They have nice amenities also.

*Please consider this as an unbiased and genuine feedback*At first look the project looked exactly like it names. But DO NOT fall for that. The amenities were good but apart from small garden, everything isnt maintained at all. No sweeping, no working equipments in gym, meditation hall looks like killing oneself just by meditating a minute there.Construction was meh! not so great.One MAJOR issue I found was that when we had multiple talks with the sales guy there about the costing of 2BHK, At first he quoted some random high value, like everyone else, but started to get low on the price.I started showing interest in the property and one day we both agreed on a price by both sides. But I did not booked the project on same day and told him that well book tomorrow let me get my parents to the site.The next day we went there and he started with a price which was more than yesterdays. He said that was yesterdays price. He hiked the price within one day just by seeing my interest in the property and talking to his seniors.DO NOT fall for random rates here and book flats here, believing the price they are quoting is good and area is great. The price is totally useless and they just go on hiking the price just by seeing the persons interest.Projects location looks convenient but the project plan is very greedy. Talking about inside of the 2BHK which I saw, the balcony space was quite less, one cannot differentiate whether is a dry balcony or hall balcony. The switches, taps, bathroom ceramics were of medium-low quality.This was considering the amount they were charging just because of the location and other great projects in the area were of same cost.There are total 6 buildings constructed till now and they have not so bad parking space and space around the building but the later 4 that are currently under construction have very less space around the buildings.

Nice Residential Complex in Baner. All amenities available in the complex.

Its a very good place where people support each other and live together as a family.They even have good amenities and there are a lots of children to play with,and the elders are very supportive

After several months of search , found the perfect flat of my choice. It has all modernize facilities and amazing amenities. It was a pleasant visit at the property.

The teams are good to you till you book the apartment. once you book it, forget your money, and forget your apartment. i am waiting on getting the possession, since few months now. and every time i am asked to call after 2 days. i was further pissed because i got a call, last minute to pay 2 lakhs more. As their accounts team had done some blunder. Since then i have been trying to reach to them to clear things out but not getting any response.

Good location but over priced.Quality of material is questionable. Elevator is not reliable and gets out of service if power outage happens. Backup is there but even with that no guarantee that elevator will become functional or not in such cases. Also it is not of any known company like KONE or OTIS or Schindler, they have put up of some local brand Sahara (even a catch is there that name plate inside elevator says Monitor). In case of malfunction, no one knows what to do. It is not reliable. Other quality issues are also there with sanitary fittings, tiles, doors, window design....you just name it and you will get the example.

Location is good from future perspective. Quality is not so good. Sales team of aditya shagun is always been very rude whether it is perfect 10 or Nisarg Palm. I had very bad experience at Nisarg Palm salesperson was very rude, he told us that we do not care that our project is in PMRDA. We are better than the projects in PMC and PCMC.

I have booked the property with expectation it will be dleidelivon time..I am still stristrugg to get the possession.the sales team s good and can extend you all the support but finance team exactly opposite. First they made blunder with ledger and increased flat price by 10lakhs. After actual Excel demo they corrected it. They call you as if u have taken loan from them n dfaulted payment..very rude and unprofessional. They dont respond to ur emails atall. Very very unprofessional attitude.

Recently visited to the builders property, the customer service was good. The project location is quite feasible to schools, colleges, hospitals, market, bus stop.

Office staff is just too rude to handle. They wont even bother to answer any queries.

Very good residential projects in the most happening area of Balewadi, very close to the Balewadi High Street. A Very peaceful locality.

Shagun perfect 10 best in USP. Recommend to all visit to site.

Nice project with nice locality and modern amenities with very nicely structured club house (will be one of the best club house in Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, pimple saudagar area)

Very good project bit inside that too we feel bcoz of un constructed road near by their project. Price is high due to Balewadi location.
