Housing society on Mohammad wadi road. It has few Shop at ground floor.

Good society but security guards seated on gate are very rude to talk. They dont have sense about how to talk with visitors. There are plenty of ways to verify the visitors. They treat visitors like robbers. Appropriate training of behavior is required to them. Worst experience. Specifically the lady behave like she is the owner of society.

Google is very helpful. It guides you thru unknown areas and helps you reach your destination.Alkasa is a very good project.Value for money.

Nice ambience with lot of open area

The worst developer in town. Bought a property worth 1.5cr. Leakage in my top floor flat since biggining. Must have called Nikhil(sales executive 100 times) he always promises to get the work done but has never got the work done till now.Society says till 5th year of possession its builders reaponsibility. I think they are just passing time so that 5 years gets completes and they do not have to do anything.

Although the society is well constructed, I am highly disappointed at the lack of basic understanding the society has. I stayed in Alkasa for over 2 years and never have I seen weird rules being implemented, just to ensure that no bachelors are allowed to settle here. There was a rule made one fine morning stating all bachelors be asked to vacate their flats immediately. Moreover, they even called for a meeting with the housing staff and asked them to not work for bachelors, and in case they were found working they would be barred from entering the society. Ive never seen harassment at such a degree. It is absolutely illegal to do so and whats worse? Nobody objects! Where do bachelors go? Stay on the streets?The worst society to live in.

Society is really good. I liked the environment and ambience. But the issue is handewadi railway crossing which is biggest drawback of society because its located after the crossing and if you get stuck at that traffic then 1 to 2 hrs a gone. So i would suggest if you dont wanna get stuck at traffic change ur offics timings
