A couple of years back, the services were good but after lockdown , the services have been extremely poor and unreliable.

Pitiful beings with absolutely no sense of commitments and basic manners and etiquettesRecurrent phone calls made for hardware repairs. No commitments made. Every time you call, they are unable to identify the issues and are trying to work on it (false claims). Finally objects returned without any repairs with false claims of they being repaired.On top of that female clients are harassed with poor language by this moron called Saurabh. Such a shame

Sujata Computer has wide range of products, but I’ll talk only about my experience with the purchase of an Sennheisemake CX 7.00 BT headset. I purchased this product in Oct 3rd & had to return it in 5th; the product was a defective unit. Arjun ( the Sales Guy) from Sujata computer wasn’t present when I purchased the product. But when I wanted to return it, he jumped into the picture assuring me replacement/ refund in 15 to 20 days. Today, while writing, it’s been more than two months; he hasn’t proactively communicated with me. Each time I called him during this period, he asked more time. But today as I lost it, he asked me to come & collect my headset. Now with all that happened, the bottom line is they withheld my product & my money for over 60 days. Wish to rate this company 0 stars & Arjun in negatives.Pathetic Experience & poor after sales support.

This is one of the fraud business. These guys replace the parts when given to repair. For example my father had given a thinkpad for repair and they replaced 16gb Ram with 2 hbd Ram. Please beware. I do not recommend this business

Good Service and Product range but last experience was not good at all.Suggested my colleague when he wanted to buy a Macbook. After making a advance payment they refused to give product at commited price and dragged this process more than 5 days. Further refused to hand over advance amount in Cash (which was paid by my colleague in a mode of cash) and made another false commitment of returning an amount in 2 hours. Further more after not receiving cash they made us to wait another 1 n half hour in their store. After all these they returned advance amount.Apart from Service Sujata had a nice product range but staff needs to be more responsible towards their commitments and their service towards customer.

I had bought 2 laptop from Sujata some 7 years ago. Now when I went to them asking for resale, the sales executive mentioned a very low price and were showing so that I have mishandled the laptops. When I took the same laptop to another vendor, he did quote a amount much better, though not what I expected.The condiction of the laptops was already mentioned to Sujata. And more that anything the trust factor that I had for Sujata is no more.Also the prices are expensive so either do a good bargain or opt another provider.

Costlier than online and other local shops like Arihant computersI asked them for Samsung ssd 860 evo 250gb, Sujata cost is 9000,amazon is 4525 and Arihant is 4900. Same thing for Bluetooth dongle and gaming mouse. Please research before buying for better deals.

Terrible service. The staff is also quite rude. I went to get my laptop repaired as the ctrl button wasn’t working properly (it wasn’t loose) When I collected my laptop, the entire ctrl key had come out. I will never recommend this service centre to anyone.
