Office is at the 1st floor. Parking is outside the building. You could find parking space with little search as a road is wide enough to park vehicle side by the road.Make sure you carry all the Xerox copies with you, as theres no Xerox shop nearby, and staff dont help to get even a single copy at their office. I had visited here for kyc update. Few people were submitting redemption request form as well.

They are polite and supportive. They took only 15 minutes for entire work. They told me KYC will take 10 to 15 days to be activated. We can check KYC status on CAMs website with PAN card number. All over it was good experience. There is no charge for KYC.

Helpful staff. Visited early in the day around 9.30 AM and there were no other customers at that time. Quickly got my transactions done.There is no 2/4 wheeler parking at CAMS. But there is ample street parking on the road in front of the building (DP Road)

Visited this place for the kyc yesterday and they did the work in just 15 minutes.. Just need to carry 1 photograph, PAN and aadhar card, thats it. In the old office (which was near Mehendale garage), they used to force you to invest in one of the mutual fund (which needs some extra documents/cheque, a long form to fill) but now they have just a small declaration form.Just one thing to improve, they said it will take 5-6 days (???) to complete the KYC. If you are getting all the required documents then you people should do it at least in one working day (ideal time should be zero as you just need to update your systems)

This office remains closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday. Still Google shows office open hours on 2nd and 4th Saturday also. Please update it. It’s misguiding.

Careless employees who dont check application for compelteness and later their backend ask you to redo whole process again .This is going to waste lot of time . They feel as if other people have free time to make up for their careless ness

Reached here about 1400 hrs to do a KYC MF compliance. It’s in the first floor of the building . The building is on roadside . GRound floor is some medical lab or test centre with a green board . Couldn’t read . There are security and you would need to enter the details in the register . Well lit and airy office of CAMS . Courteous staff . Polite and helpful . I did not have PAN and aadhar copy so the officer himself went inside and got a copy . He assisted in filling up of the form and assured that the job would be completed in three or four days .

Quick service. I reached early in the morning. Counter person and staff is really helpful and provide accurate information. It is close on 2,4 and 5 Saturday which is not mentioned anywhere on Google map, you can just get to know while you reach there.
