I am using a Dell laptop and it strated giving me charging problem. I went to dell service center and they told me that there is a problem with charger, battery and socket. I was not convinced so I thought of giving a try ar external repair shop. I googled nearby shop and came across Rohan computer. Rohan looked into my laptop and told me that he will diagnos the problem and let me know. He fix the problem without changing the battery and socket.... It was affordable also.

Pathetic repair service & customer service. These guys are bunch of youngsters who lack experience in repair as well as handling customers. They made false promises for upgrading a system and when it failed, they simply blamed me for it. If you cannot handle a problem that emerges out of your own repair, you must atleast have the basic courtesy to accept your incompetence. They wasted my laptop , time & hard earned money & to top it all they put the blame on me. Wake up & learn some basic ethics of doing business. Please rethink twice before approaching these people. There are better options. The reviews that you see here are doubtful...BEWARE!!!!

I needed to sell my old pc so i thought about ringing them up to gain some insight as to whether they were open.From the get-go the service was incredible, the person on the line was extremely humble and very respectfully conversating and explaining what are the steps of action to be taken.On visiting the shop, the procedure was extremely smooth.
