Very worst shop in Vizag they broke my glass and charged money they dont know how to repair so please go to another shop this is a genuine review

If you have a model in mind, do carry a screenshot or details of the same. They really help with showing designs and colors.

Never had any issues in any Casio showroom to get the battery replaced. But this one:1) on entering: yes? -1 point2) umm please change the batteries of two of my wrist watches. We dont change that here. where can i? Go to MG road -3 points

Good store. But generally, it hasnt got any latest models, which are available at other places and online. Wont update their stock. No service problems are attended here.

Will not recommend this shop for casio keyboards at all. They have only 4 to 5 pieces of different models that too display pieces only. Staff has zero understanding of keyboards they r selling.

Casio exclusive store does not keep power adaptors :(. Nor do they any ideas/address of other shops that carry power adaptors for casio keyboards.

I must say they have a very good collection of wrist watches..

These guys are buggers and fraud... I took my G shock watch for battery replacement and .... they charged 400 bucks without providing any bill..Worst part is they dont have proper tools to open the watch lid... I can see blunt marks on the screws.. I wonder now my watch has proper water resistant or not... :(So be careful guys before approaching for any service.!

Yeah man its in center main spot of city and good kind of products available

Employees were rude, especially the lady who shows around the watch. Very ignorant in showing the watches. After the purchase, we asked for a polybag with the main bag, as it was raining outside, she was hesitant to give it and behaved in a very rude manner.

Pathetic! The staff at the keyboard section was an absolute casualty!When I walked in he was sitting at the back side of the store.... and lacks product knowledge big time.... net net neither he is good at the product not the softer part of the Servive... why is he there?
