Very good service! Their staff is very helpful specially Mr.Akash sharma has helped me and answered all the queries. I would definitely recommend my friends to visit the store if they have any issues with their PCs.

Its a good place, if you would like to have CCTVs fixed in your premises, set access controls for offices, buy laptops, computers, get laptops and computers repaired too. The owner is very good and the staff is very polite, helpful and supportive.

Good servicing place, been using their services since 2012 for gaming consoles, servers, more laptops and camera surveillance.

Not a Reliable service.Mostly products are over priced.Duplicate products are fitted,pretending as original.In my case : I was charged for original keyboard and what i got is duplicate one, which is out of service after 2 months.Staff tries to deceives you by providing with diff. reasons if they didnt addressed the problem properly.Advice:Prefer only if it is emergency. Prefer for up-gradation only.In case of wear and tear ,go to service center.

I preferred to buy products/avail services till recently. Off late, I am seeing a complacent approach bordering on devil-may-care approach to customers. A simple request to fix my Printer met with a royal response - we will check your printer by evening or the next day. Check with us and then advise the job to be done. So, they were obliging me by providing a solution in 2-3 days. This was after a request to expedite in view of the urgency.I walked out of the Store, reached a nearby Store and got the printer fixed in about half hour. Mega Byte Systems, I believe, is not interested in providing service to individual retail customer but only corporate clients. All the best to them! But count me out from your loyal clientele...I wish they improve their approach.My earlier review is edited download seriously....

This review is for the so called showroom of Mega Byte Systems located in Viman Nagar. The most pathetic experience Ive ever had. The owner is so stubborn, forget the discount this person doesnt even agree to sell the product as per the MRP mentioned/printed on the product. I having no option had to purchase a Microsoft 800 wireless keyboard combo from him at a higher price than the one which was printed on the box. I would never ever recommend Mega Byte Systems to anyone around. Doesnt even know the ethics of dealing with a customer. Disgusting.

I would them WORKER very ARROGANT & very Pathetic Service. Double the amount and say because of GST. What kind of Beggars are there in the market ? Go BEG instead of providing the so called services
