Purchased a new MAc bro air, billing experience was terrible. Store manager claims MRP different and invoice amount is different. When i tried to figure out the difference he added unwanted production plan and adopters in the bill. He will also claims that u will get a refund post 15days. Dont fell for these trap. Default 10%discount on these store.

Had really bad experience at their service centre, I’ve given them my MacBook to change the motherboard and when I get back it had a big crack on the display and they just dust off there hands by saying it doesn’t happen at there end.It’s a general thumb rule of service centres to check the system throughly before accepting and they just said we didn’t check that so it’s not our fault.DON’T TRUST THEM. REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE.

They authentic and premium Apple product service provider. Store is good. Service centre section is always full and so it takes time to get your number. They are not very professional. I changed my 6s battery and it took more than 1 hr just to change it, moreover it was not turning on later. Also after that half of my speaker is not working. So it is risky getting your service done here. Also Apple products have higher prices so better to look for online.

An employee called Kevin there literally dupes people.
