Friendly and very affordable. A repair with my laptop brand would have cost 60,000 such they managed for 6000. Since then Ive been with them and I always get a lasting solution for a good price. Can be a little hard to contact though.

Dont even deserve one star! The most pathetic and fraud people. They take out original parts from laptop and will return to you by saying some reason and will ask you to come on next day. Later on they will not pick up calls. After you go to another vendor then they will mention that parts are missing from laptop. This happened with me and if you really want to keep your devices safe, please do not go here! BE AWARE!

These guys are incompetent. After the free diagnosis of my MacBook Pro , they removed all internal screws and damaged the laptop. As you can see in photos.As they were charging me very high repairing cost, I told them not to repair my laptop. In return, they damaged the internal wiring of the laptop.I saw good reviews on google. But now I guess it was all fake. Is there a way to ask for compensation for the damage ?Do not go to ASK computers. Amol is the owner and should give me compensation for this shoddy job.

These folks are not replying or receiving any calls.They destroyed my touch screen of lenovo yoga 720 and tried to re sell the laptop. But did not even bother to compensate me for my woes and now are not picking up any calls. Its been more than a year of relentless trying to get in touch with these people. I used to trust them before. But now dont know what happened and I understand that businesses are badly affected with the pandemic but I need a proper explanation of what went down. And a compensation on the damage of the touch screen of the expensive laptop. DO NOT CONSIDER TO EVER GIVE THEM LAPTOPS FOR REPAIR. THEY WILL GHOST YOU AND THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD.

I gave an Alienware for graphic card damage work, first they started with answers such as - the laptop is repairable and will be repaired within 1 month, then after that my laptop was there for there for almost a year and the owner kept telling me that we have to make changes to the motherboard and he gains trust by speaking good and in polite manner and then after he damaged the entire motherboard and told me that it cannot be repaired and returned it in dead condition ,Suggestions- please go for authorised outlets for ur laptops or trusted onesAsk computers is a fraud and unprofessional repair shop#fraudaskcomputer#unprofessional#cannotbe trusted

Such a worst service. They wont fix problems. They create new problems. Service is very very poor. Staff wont follow any COvid safety measures. Service is dam worst.
