The people are very rude. They gave incorrect information about the SSD. I was told any SSD will fit in my laptop. I ask him even NvME M.2 Ssd will fit and he said yes. Later I came to know only SATA SSD fits in my laptop. Never ever going to visit there store again.

Fixes Problem n With Reasonable Rate

Earlier it was good and reliable but now I have doubt,as whenever visit them for one problem solution ,second day new one arises...also they told my niece to keep her laptop for reboot but she didnt agree and just removed her laptop battery and fixed again and it started.she actually visited megabyte to fix laptop screen as there is problem in movement no issue of starting laptop.

Reasons to avoid this place:1. They themselves dont repair laptop and send it to third party for repairs, waited for weeks and finally recieved it unrepaired. No accountability whatsoever.2.The cost to repair was twice as compared to others.3.The front desk person is to arrogant and stubborn, it was a Pathetic experience.4. Products are overpriced and when confronted, the Owner rudely answers you can buy online.Ruined my entire month by listening to their excuses and finally discovered my laptop was lying with some other repairing store. At least they could have been honest.

Had given my gaming laptop for repair here after seeing the good reviews. The response from the staff was so delayed. It took them 2 weeks to diagnose the problem and even after following up for a month, they were still unable to do anything. The manager was not at all responsible and the staff had no technical knowledge. So if you plan to go here by the reviews , please do see how they respond and then only give your valuable gadgets for repair. I wasted more than a month and had to ask for my laptop back ,still with the problem unresolved.

The place was bit difficult to find. Its not on the main road but inside one of the residential complex just off the road. My laptops OS had crashed, and I was told that they will be able to to save all my data. At least in D drive. But when I got the laptop, everything was gone.

The most pathetic experience Ive ever had. The owner is so stubborn, forget the discount this person doesnt even agree to sell the product as per the MRP mentioned/printed on the product. I having no option had to purchase a Microsoft 800 wireless keyboard combo from him at a higher price than the one which was printed on the box. I would never ever recommend Mega Byte Systems to anyone around. Doesnt even know the ethics of dealing with a customer. Disgusting.
