Worst experience! If you want to get your laptop repaired, stay away from them. 2 days delivery will be extended to 3 weeks with no results. Finally you will end up having same non working device saying the issue cannot be resolved from their end. I would rather suggest, this is best place to keep your devices rather than get them repaired.I visited by looking into the great reviews, but seems all are generated with paid marketing. All genuine reviews will be under 3 stars.

My laptop was running slow, they suggested me to increase the ram, so i added a 4gb ram from them. Plus they helped me install new software and completely updated my windows. My hp laptop developed a split screen problem. I was happy that they repaired it in 4 hrs. But that happiness was short lived, and the problem re-appeared after operating it for about half-an-hour. I took the laptop back, and the engineer said it will take 1 week to repair it again. When I called them after 1 week, they wouldnt pick my call. I had to call from my friends number only to know that it will take another week. Today, its been almost 25 days and every time I have to inquire about it, I have to call from a different number. I have been given the date of this Friday... lets see what happens.

Dont trust their website, full of marketing gimmick to gain trust. But unprofessional and fraudulent service.I explained on call about the issue and they accepted to resolve it, providing pick up on the same day and drop service. After the call I message them my address and details about the issue with snapshots on WhatsApp. But they didnt even read my message, until 2 days later. And on the pickup day, after seeing my detailed analysis of the issue with snapshots, they decide to put a stop with their con job with me and refuse to pick up my calls.

Pathetic. I dont think they know what they are doing. The owner, Ketan is a sweet talker. Dont get fooled by talking to him ,they can spoil and kill a well working laptop. I had given my laptop for an outer body change and guess what... They said the motherboard is now dead.. which they are not ready to pay for... Umm which they CANNOT repair, all but false promises of trying to repair it.. which they infact were not. Soon the owner stops picking up the calls and doesnt even call back! If you call their landline number, theres a standard response Hes in a meeting.A quick 2 day fix ended up being a 2 month ordeal for me in which I got back a dead laptop.Recommendation: DONT GO HERE. Laptop repair service offered by Init Infotech is really an amazing experience.My HP ProBook was broken into 2 pieces in an incident.2 repair shops asked me to keep the laptop for 2 -3 days for repairing. One was quoting Rs. 5200 for a new body and another was asking me for 3700 bucks for repairing.When I visit Init Infotech, they looket at it on priority and fixed the laptop in one day. Have given me a perfect solutions by fabricating the body and replacing only one hinge. Charged only 2100. :)

Visited this place to get my computer repaired and was standing next to the person who was repairing it. Noticed that he pulled one of the wires off the mother board and also loosened the cmos battery which was actually not required. Gave an estimate of ₹800-1000 for repairs and ₹3500-4000 for a new motherboard.Having seen this did not leave the cpu there and brought it back home. To my surprise the computer started and everything worked well. There was no need of repairs or replacement as suggested by the technician and for no reasom he could have charged 1000-4000 bucks if at all the computer was left at his place.
