Really a BAD Experience as first time service.I got reference of Easyfixit one of my society members, saying Easyfixit is professional and serving good to there customer.I had issue of OS crash in my laptop , i submitted laptop top to Easyfixit team. they committed to deliver by Monday EOD as i gave laptop to them on Sunday 12:00 pm. this simple issue took them to fix 4 days and even in between delays there is no communication , and every time when i do follow up in there reply Sir it will be completed in next20 to 30 minutes and we will deliver it they took 4 days to just install OS, this is even after I called today morning to just ask to return my laptop which ever state is it currently.the funny thing was since last 4 days they were saying we need to format you disk, when i checked my laptop still my other 2 disk was not formatted .I see the team is not professional at all, they hide lot of things and tell you at the very last minute , where you have no choice other than to go with them.

They understand urgency.My OnePlus 5T mobile screen was damage, however replacing complete screen which cost 8000 they suggested replace glass which will cost less than half. I surprised hearing that later they even negotiated. I just done from them. No further thought. Very professional in work and accepting if any further issues or assistance.

I did not like their service for a few reasons1. They deal only in cash. Thats quite irritating as no one deals in cash in thousands (my bill was more than 4000rs) these days, also considering you are tech repair shop.2. I had given them my laptop(dell) on Friday and had asked them to call me back with the issue so that I could get back by Monday. There was never any follow-up. Upon calling on Wednesday (I know, my bad, I should have called in Monday) I was told that there was graphics card issue (which I had already mentioned about while giving them laptop for repairs). I asked them to get the best quality one as I do not want any issues later. I came collecting my laptop on Friday evening when I was told that one of my rams was out and also I need to change my hard-disk. Upon demanding why it wasnt told before, I could have asked them to make required changes, I was in turn told that I had called on Wednesday only and by that time this wasnt found out. If it was found out later, I would have appreciated if I got a call mentioning additional details, so that I would have directed them to take additional measures.3. So finally I get back my laptop after 1 whole week with my graphics card changed ( which I had already mentioned while giving them) and a diagnosis that I can add new ram and change the hard-disk.4. It was almost as if they did not want the business.Anyway good luck and hope you improve for future customers.

Went to this shop by looking at the high google rating to replace my iPhone 6s screen but had a very bad experience!! The replaced screen is not smooth and some of the keys / clicks do not work at times and I will have to spend money again to replace the screen with a reliable service provider. The screen replaced was of cheap quality although the service provider will entice you over phone by saying it is original. A shady place - better avoided.

I had given my Honor Play Phone for repair due to water damage the store asked 1800 for a Charging IC which is 740 INR in the company service center. since company service center had high wait time i bargained and they agreed to repair the same for 1000 inr. i am surprised they did not give me receipt even after asking and the replacement IC is of cheap quality bcos of which the charging is very slow now. i will never recommend their service. very bad services.Thanks for your Sarcasm below. but that does not mean you will use low quality spare which did not last for 3 days . At least we are sure and get some peace of mind if repair is done at service center, they dont over charge and dont make such public comments. your comments shows below that u were over charging taking advantage of the customers situation not at all a good business practice.

I replaced my poco f1 screen here , the staff is very helpful. Writing the review after using the phone 3weeks.1. Display is working perfect.2. Touch is reponsive.3. Face detection n sensors working fine.4. Only the front camera is now not able to balance the light and focus properly.
