Got Dell laptops screen replaced couple of years ago. Turned out the work was really shabby. Was checking the laptop for another issue and realised that the screen was missing the corner screws inside. Not even any standard tapes. It has now loosen up and moves.

More than service, the attitude and behaviour of the service provider is very unwelcoming. Besides the person charges differently for simply installing windows 7 or windows 10, and this business logic is extremely bogus. Ordinary people who are unaware of technology might be trapped by such differential cost. I have scouted many service providers in Pune for laptop repair, but Bajoria Electronics falls in the unfortunate 5%.
