The WORST experience.Warranty they provide for their products is not of the company, but its their own which the worst I have ever experienced in the world.During sales they talk very politely and are up to selling the products at any condition. But at the time of service they treat as if they are talking to their slaves. During a service of my laptop just about 20 days after the date of purchase my conversation almost reached to a FIGHT.

Dont give a laptop for service. Very bad experience. Gave a laptop, they just misplaced one 2gb RAM and CMOS battery. When i asked them, they are ignoring my call. Fraud Shop. If any one knows where to complaint against them please let me know. I want to file complaint againt them so that they never ever cheat anyone. BC shop.

Dont ever buy anything from them. Both the brothers, the owners, DONT have any sense to talk to customer.
