Thats why we have taken product directly and you have given defected piece...Misuse of taking directly..

Rude behaviour of the staff .. They are mostly interested in doing wholesale business, they dont care of retail customers. They dont answer any questions properly , they directly say if you want to buy buy else go .. I wonder what is Alpha computer I cant found anything related to computer there.. the are not selling laptop or computer just sell some accessories like ram, routers,printer etc .. that you if you have exact information of what you need including the exact model number

Bought Wifi dongle for office PC, it was not working with the PC asked them to replace it with another one, they rudely denied and asked to speak to the customer service.Although the product price is cheap, but if you want a after sale service, consider reliance digital or any other shop, dont buy from this shop.

I purchased a 16gb ram sticks of 3000mhz but i got 2666mhz ram sticks and they are not taking back also such a shame they are scamming people they should stop this. i prefer don,t buy anything from there

They have no return policy and sold me a duplicate ram in the name of Samsung. I had original Samsung ram in my laptop earlier and when I checked with speccy software it used to show the manufacturer as Samsung but for the ram that I bought from them speccy shows manufacturer as unknown. #poorCustomerService #fakeRam

Had purchased lot of cctv cameras, and allied surveillance equipments. These people do offer at lowest prices. Having said that they treat you very low. Like youll have to bite into your self esteem dealing with them. They dont appreciate cheques. How do you expect to carry 50k in cash and make a transaction? In todays scenario! Well the purchase was in my firms name, you get the genuine vat tin no with it, and they could approach consumer bench if the cheque bounces, they dont trust any1 typical lalaji kind of attitude.. though I requested them do send some1 along with me post purchase to my place so that I could encash them, since they dont accept cheques but no.. no person available go back get the cash! Is their attitude... finally I paid 2 percent for debit card transaction, seriously?... they promised they would take back stuff purchased in excess. If returned in sealed condition.. but, they really made me yell beyond my limits, just to prove myself right while return and refund... called their bluff... they dont answer their calls, even if we enquire, they ask us to call back... but never pick up after that.... you just pray that your purchase and allied transaction goes smooth with them in one go, the next time you wont be entertained there, obliged and fed up with their attitude towards customers!
