Great experience. I am not from Pune and my laptop wire malfunctioned during a corporate event. Called these guys and they delivered the charger wire to the hotel at 10:30 in the night. Inspite of me insisting to pay for delivery, they just took the price for the product. The conversation on the phone was also very professionally handled.
