Dont join, worst organization, didnt paid my 1 month salary, hr Virshali asking to work two month for 1 month salary

Business owners everywhere .. beware - especially Start-Ups.This post is no joke - this is fact and I would be HAPPY to talk to anyone that would like more information. I read these reviews beforehand and ignored the bad ones to my detriment.PLEASE do NOT make the same mistake.I intend to post the truth about Redbytes on every forum possible.My app was due to be complete in mid-March 2020 and I am posting this at the end of November with no app finished or live.Redbytes will not give me live dates.Redbytes may be cheaper for development that other companies - but you get what you pay for.They have no professional integrity whatsoever and if your app is even slightly complex, you run a serious risk of facing the same issues as myself and a number of other clients, that have posted here also.The project manager has not contacted me since July 2020, despite the fact I paid 100% of the agreed fee and have never changed the original requirements. I then payed 25% EXTRA to get it finished by May, and still they have not honored the contract.Like i said, ZERO Professional Integrity and I have the proof of constant lying about quality assurance and the deliverable.I have one guy working part-time to resolve issues and I am lucky if I get 1 test build per month with fixes (not even all fixes).So to Redbytes I would ask on this public forum:Comment here on Google to provide me with a Delivery Date ..?Show the people reading your reviews here that you are willing to be honest about the delivery ..?Tell them that I have now paid 125% of the agreed fee with the same requirements document for an appended delivery date of May 2020 and that I still have not received a finished app yet?Any comment other than the deafening silence would be appreciated.I will post this review each week until I receive my app.

Most of the reviews from here are fake about this company. I am a former employee of this company. They kicked me out for no reason and kept my last month salary pending for 3 months. And after calling them too many times they gave me 70% of my last months salary.And the very funny part about them was they called me after 3 months and told me to put good reviews about the company on Glassdoor and Google or else they will not pay my last month salary.Sorry if someone has seen my previous review and based on that tried to find his/her career with this company.

Good set of app developers. They are a bunch of thinking people. Ideal team if you have new app ideas. There are close to 50 people working here. Their communication and understanding are good. App Delivery also happens without any delay. Recommended

I dont know how to reply to a review, thats why im editing my review, I revived you 2 star because recruiter gave me appointment at 10:30 AM but when I reached at your office, there was on one to conduct my interview, they made me wait for an hour for interview. It was schedule interview, I can understand 10-15 minutes delay but an hour is too much.

Constantly asking for 5 star positive review when they completed a 1 star wallpaper for our company. We ended up getting several negative reviews for a 2D looking live wallpaper and was forced to take it down from App store.
