I had really bad experience with this shop. My laptop was broken and they glued it with fevicol and took 1200 rs for it. N pretended like they repaired my laptop !!

Very poor service. Shop owner who is main person to repair laptop dont know how to insert ssd.Very disappointed...

Very poor service, unprofessional owner. I gave my desktop to update my OS to Windows 7 and upgrading RAM. I have to make following comments1. The owner kept the desktop without giving receipt which is generally a practice of servicing centres.2. When I went to collect the desktop he was not present in person. When I asked his office assistant to start the desktop just to check if it is working fine, his office assistant expressed his inability do so.3. I called the owner and asked why his man can not show me the working. He replied that due to covid he does not allow customers in his shop. So I suggested him that he should keep a monitor near the shop entry and then demonstrate the working. The customer can watch this standing at the shop entrance. He got annoyed by this and the conversation became unpleasant afterwards, as he asked me if I dont trust him. The owner should realise than when some one leaves his computer in his shop without receipt, the customer obviously trusts him. However he also has responsibility towards customers by giving them satisfactory service. Will he trust a customer if the customer says that he will send the money after checking the computer in his home, as he is not capable of doing so in his shop ? The owner kept mum when I said so.4. Ultimately out of frustration I paid them Rs. 1250 rupees without any knowledge if the owner has repaired the computer and if he has replaced the RAM with new original components. After returning to home when I started the computer I found that the network adapter was not working and I could not connect it to Internet. Though I contacted him again and he asked me to visit his shop again, I decided not to go back to his shop ever again in life.This was a very very poor experience and I advice all to stay away from this shop.

The systems are very slow.. loads of latency.. IE does not work... Takes hours to edit documents.. total rip off... Hated it... Mr. Owner of this place I know the speed I edit documents... I was referring to the speed of your computer system where a snail is better off and the latency issues..

Worst print quality.I have visited this shop for photocopy and found staff is very arrogant. The funny thing was that staff was blaming about my passport quality instead of printing correctly.

Stay away from these THIEVESI had given my laptop for repairs.They stole my motherboard parts and replaced it with local parts.Moreover they charged me rs 1300 for saying that the laptop cannot be repaired.Amar is very rude and does not answer the calls; gives fakes promises.A word of caution from my experience: STAY AWAY
