I had given CPU for repair with clear request that I need to repair it on priority due to kids online classes, the gentleman promised me that he will check whats the issue & let me know the solution & cost next day. Unfortunately I didnt received any response from the store & I had to call & check the status. He asked for one more day as the courier delayed the parts delivery, I said ok. Next day the lady from the store called & informed me that it will cost @ ₹ 800-900, take one more day to repair as they do not have parts. Due to urgency of repair I had taken back the CPU from him without repair & taken it other store. There I got to know that the condition of CPU is worsen further & entire mother board is damaged and the repair cost is @ ₹ 6000. Really very poor customer service by Global Computer Services.

Worst ServiceI initially give my HP pavilion laptop repairing for Fan issue, they replace fan but within two days (I hardly use laptop for 2-3 hr) new fan making so much noise and showing same issue meanwhile my keyboard also stop working.So, aging i visit them, After this they replace fan again 🤦🏻‍♂ and for keyboard issues they told me we have to reinstall windows.After reinstalling windows My entire 250 GB folder is inaccessible showing some ‘unauthorized access’.And great things is they are also don’t know why is happening😠😠Mahesh Mohite
