Tea and coffee taste was ok, I didn’t like it much.Place is on the main road side way, so as such there is nothing like an ambience.Still a cup of coffee costs for 40 bucks...

Chai it is a perfect place for kullad Chai. Chai is actually worth the taste. And served in kullad. Small seating area but good enough for small break. Quality looks good and tastes well.Soft music adds the ambience

Something different compared to regular tapari chai. Chai with snacks amazing. Would recommend Modi chai. Service is ok.Best place to hangout with friends at evening time. Different types of chai and snacks are available with reasonable price. They need to increase man power to give quik service to customers.

One of the few good places to sit in a small group for chai. Do try a veg burger here, its really good. The taste of tea is nice, I wonder if they could serve a little more tea may be considering the price :P

The tea is undoubtedly very good here. However, the service is really very slow. Most of the times, its only one person handling everything. If there are even 2 tables that need to be served, you can be pretty sure itll take a half an hour. Good for casual hanging out.

Love this place, the ambience is so good. They have recently improved the infrastructure which is killer. The tea and bun maska are best. Proce is also cheap. Good to go anytime.

A very peaceful and serene place in the middle of traffic chaos its a good getaway for office breaks and students, we had cold coffee, hot coffee and maggi masala at just 135 pricing is great and hospitality of the owner is awesome.. service with a smile... Good luck and keep up the good work.

Have you ever tried a chai on the name of our PM??? If no then you must visit a place called chai it in baner. This place is quite similar to the traditional chai stoles but with its unique decoration. There is a grass carpet on which they have placed a tables to seat. This place give you feeling of 90s eras chai tapari in your village.The Place is good but neat more cleanly ness hence I am giving them 3 rating overall. Although the tea and bun mask which I tried was very much tasty.

The chai was really fantabulous,you will forget all your sorrows and become mentally peacefull....

Its simply well decorated chai tapri. We had Modi Chai and Choco Chai. Modi Chai was nothing special aprt from being served in kulhad (earthen pot). Choco chai was too sweet. None of the chai was kadakk.Overall not worth the money you spend for chai.From overall experience and visuals, I also doubt overall hygiene levels.
