Very famous coffee shop in Pune. It has multiple branches. The shop is famous for its unique coffee taste. They also serve multiple snacks items.The quality is great and the food is delicious.The staff is quick in service.Usually this place is little crowded.The entrance is not accessible ♿❌

This place is nice and cozy with loads of seating area. Tried the anda burji here and was worth the money... Easily 1 plate could suffice for 2 and the taste was amazing... This particular outlet is slightly expensive as compared to others, may be coz of it being a bigger outlet but the food quality and taste was good.

Good part - Taste, quality, quantity of food is just fine. We had the most popular items - Egg bhurji and cold coffee. The bad part - With hardly 2 other tables having patrons, the serving time was really longer than expected. It took us almost an hour to eat egg bhurji along with cold coffee. About 40 mins of that was waiting for things to be served. In conclusion, it is a good place to visit if there is some comfortable time at hand.

It was best in the area than this before. Since management change it has lost its taste, quality and customers. Still better than many places around. Must try Missal Pav and cold coffee.

Too Slow service. Give ur order and wait for 40 mins minimum. Waiters her play order kho kho. 1st tells another one and then next one. Who will serve is always confusion. But Its good for people who want to kill time or chat 💑 for hours, no disturbance.

The quality of food has deteriorated by 40 percent. Price still remains very affordable though. I hated the sandwiches there, mainly because all of them have Pav Bhaji masala in it. Cold coffee was good.

Experienced bad service.I had two visits to this place.First visit : Went at 10.00 AM for breakfast. Ordered Upma but was not available. Hence we had to change the order. Ordered bun muska and Sandwich. Bun muska with tea was served in 5 minutes. The sandwich (without grill) was served after 20 minutes. We thought it must be the vegetables they need to cut are taking time. But it was late anyway. We didnt mind much then.Second visit : The very next morning for breakfast again at 11.00 AM. The outlet is very near to our place hence considered it again. Again I ordered Upma but it wasnt available to my very surprise. We ordered Omlet and Bun muska again. This time omlet was served in 5 mins time. The tea we ordered was also served on time. However the bun muska was not being served for 15 mins. I am pure vegetarian so didnt share the omlet with my sister. I was starving still the bun muska didnt came. The people who came after us and their order of misal pav was served before us. Later we cancelled the order. One of the waiters was okay with it. The other who did our bill was very rude. He handed the change in a way that it fell down. This was intentional. We told him that the service is very slow. He gave a reason that he went to buy muska. This is ridiculous. If some item is gonna take time to prepare they should inform the customer before hand.Not at all going back. Not at all recommended.
