Good place for groceries and electronic goods. Not a great place for clothes and other items that you get in full fledged reliance trends

The store is located at the Junction so the access is easy. It also provides free secured parking if you do shopping worth INR 500 and above. The store has a lot of options for food, clothes, toys, dairy products, vegetables. Price its not always the cheapest price but you have a lots of variety. The cash counters are very slow however they are professional. Store is clean and not conducted. There is some to help you at every corner.

They are now open however they are allowing only people have taken both doses of covid 19 vaccine. They either need an SMS or certificate to verify and you need to make entry in a register. The only entrance allowed is front. Which can be of inconvenience when you park ur car. You have to go round about. All other aspects remain the same.

Has everything that a person would need to buy in terms of grocery. It does have the cloth, utensil, footwear and electronics section, but I hardly visit that. But from the looks of it, people seem to find what they want there too.The prices are decent and the service is good.Would not recommend going there on Saturday, Sunday evening for a full shopping if you dont like standing in line for a while. Obviously! you will hit a crowd because it is one of the biggest store in the area.My recommended time for weekend is afternoon.Paytm, JioPay and Cards are accepted method of payment along with cash.

This is the one and only super market in Kharadi area apart from street marts. Parking is a big big pain and it is very dirty. Absolutely no cleanliness in parking area atleast the time when ai visited. The offers are good however sometimes quality of products is not good. Specially loose products did not seem to be upto the mark when compared with price.Also if you wish to buy one single product you will end up getting frustrated because of long lines for billing. Many times not all billing counters afe working hence the wait time is high.Specially on weekends its very very crowded.

Promote Indian super markets, this is the largest Reliance market in Pune running successfully from decades. Polite staff and helping nature leave mark and the entire day goes happy.

Worst maintenance. You will find items in less price on online compare to here.If you buy 1 item still you have to wait in a long queue. You will find less than 10 item queue but it is just show piece.

Most vegetables are rotten. They keep high prices of fresh vegetables and then put old vegetables for a lower price. Collection is good. Variety of breads, eggs, butter and milk available. They have good offers on spices as well. Fruits are relatively expensive at times.

Large store, they sell literally everything needed for a home, right from groceries to electronics. The store is very huge and is packed all the time with huge crowds. The only draw back is that the lines are very long a the counters, hence long waiting times.

Nice place for grocery shopping. I would recommend to verify your bill before leaving this place. 2 days back, I had an issue with bill. Sometimes, after scanning the barcode on product, billing person needs to select price of the product manually. The same happened in my case and the billing person selected wrong amount. But I checked the bill and found that 60 Rs. were charged extra for a product. They returned it to me in the form of credit note card. Thats good but still be cautious.

Staff in reliance smart kharadi is very bad , they never respond to any of your problem immediately , they always ignore you if they are busy doing any work. Most of them are very rude no professional behaviour . Reliance should give some training how to handle customer and how to give nice service.

I shop every weekend here. But I really got recent 2 bad experiences, and customer support is pathetic.I bought 400 Gms paneer package, when I opened it was rotten and stinking. I clicked pictures of packet with all ids and code, also of paneer which can clearly be seen was of brown color. But These people helped with that,they said you should have brought that rotten paneer and didnt give me refund or replacement.Today again I purchased things of around 1500, when I come home Pomegranate of cost 145Rs was not there though it was billed. I wonder how its not there, I double checked that I didnt left anything behind. I called customer support desk atleast 10 times for same, but no one picking up call.They really dont value even their regular customers.Very disappointed, just because its nearest supermarket from my place I was bearing with them.

We had purchased products on 31 Dec and we were promised same day delivery by manager and today it is 2 Jan still havent received the products.i agree their would be delay but expect to be Informed for the delay. Being is service industry this kind of service is not tolerable and I have been Calling the store land-line number none of them pick up call.

Smart and very good shoping point

Well this is my first visit to reliance mart and I will say that if you are looking for monthly house hold items its one point better than D mart. The varieties and prices are too good. Also its not much crowded like D mart. All electronics clothings and necessary daily items are available under one roof. But the parking in rainy season isnt well maintained. It was a bit smelly. If any reliance guy is reading this review kindly try to maintain hygiene/cleanliness in parking too.
