The most ill-mannered and immatured caterer i have ever seen. They do not know how to manage and serve people well...There was a guy called Shivraj i guess who was managing, what a cheap mentality i must say...He does not know management...A note for Deepak caterers: please improve your moral and ethics or close your business.

We could not have chosen a better catering company to be a part of our special day. I would like to sincerely thank Deepak sir and his entire team for all the services provided on our day of wedding. The menu was served hot and each and every item was delicious and unique. We got many compliments from our guests. The presentation at food counters was also very nice. They surely provide excellent service! I would highly recommend them.

Food quality and taste, hygiene is very good, better than we have seen in recent past, also they know there business very well, they were polite, helpful and supportive in every meeting we had. Their arrangement was so good that it went very smooth from breakfast to dinner, they managed our 1200 guests very well. no rush, no waiting at any counter. We are very happy and satisfied, great job Deepak Caterers.

Extremely unprofessional behavior. Wasted an entire day chasing Mr. Deepak Malani over phone for quotation. First thing in the morning spoke to him and he asked me to send him a whatsapp with the menu list after which he was to give a quote. After an hour since I didnt receive any further communication, I called up again, he answered saying he will get back to me by the afternoon. Since there was no reply again, I messaged him in the evening if it was a good time to talk over the phone. No reply. I called him up later thinking he must be popular and busy (but who cares if your work gets done), he answered and said will message me back on whatsapp. After a couple of hours, he called back saying he will send a whatsapp. But no reply. I messaged him next morning asking for an update so that if he is busy I can book some other catering service. Unapologetically, he replies that he will not be interested.I want to give a negative star but unfortunately google doesnt allow it.
