They will never put your call through to the customer service associate. The IVR will always tell you look out in the app and the calm gets disconnected without our consent. On the immediate help, they are useless. Never settle your issues quickly.

Very bad experience from customer care. They didnt understand my real issue and forced me to change my document. In PF account they put my name as Vilas Dhanaji Raut which is correct. At the same place, they wrote my fathers name as Ohanaji which is typing mistake from them. I followed complete process to correct my fathers name in pf account. They forced me to change my aadhar card and rejected to use pan card as a proof for my fathers name.This is insult of Pan card team and income tax department of govt of India.

I have riead a request many tym but no any one provied me solution of my Quriery.....

I felt like giving 0 star but unfortunately Google doesnt allow to insult someone to that level.I got a call from a person called Varsha. She told me to go to a company (dont want to reveal the name). After many rounds i got selected and asked to join immediately.After 2 weeks also Varsha and her team didnt emailed me the offer letter itself. I called her twice but she never replied me properly. She is very rude and doesnt have any proper information about the job. Due to this unfortunately I missed other companies joining.This is my humble request to all that please do not entertain any call from this organisation. It will not help you to get any job rather wasting of time.

One of the poorest, unprofessional consultancy. Dont be amazed with the brand name. Their recruiters call people from job portal, continue with a 15 minutes of telephonic interview and finally ask you to meet them in their camp office. They keep you wait for half an hour once you hit the office, finally a junior recruiter takes your CV and ask the same questions which has been already asked to you. After 15 minutes the main Recruiter who called you up, take you to an interview room and run the same questions which already asked to you on phone. Finally, you get a standard reply that well get back to you in couple of days. If this is an interview process theres no prize to guess what organizational culture they follows.Interview is not an interrogation. Its an interactive platform to learn a lot from the interviewee. If one visit their office, will get a fair idea that their recruiters are living street dogs lives. By hook or crock their objective is to get the candidate at their office and falsify things. This is an awakening call for their higher management to understand how some uncouth self proclaimed HRs destroy a good brand by miusing their unwarranted discretionary power. Run a Candidate Experience Survey and check the ground reality, what level of poor service you are offering to the candidates.
